Lets say you do 400dmg, a rammus with W can easily have 70% dmg reduction. Thornmail will return 30% of the dmg so that's 120dmg returned, you will do 120dmg to the rammus. With 30% lifesteal you'll heal for for 36. Lets say you ahve 60% magic ress(not gonna happen with only a BV), you'll take 48 dmg from the thornmail. You can't even outheal the thornmail let alone the dmg from his W, sunfire, ultimate or his autoattacks. Rammus poops on ad champs if he can get close just once. 400 damage reduced 70% if rammus is in DBC = 120 damage taken. Thornmail returns 30% = 36 damage returned + 46 flat from DBC = 82. MR reduces that and generally with BV you'll have ~50% reduc so you take 41 magic damage while dealing 120 if your attacks normally do 400 in the scenario you made up. Meaning you only need ~34% lifesteal to counter it. But anyway, rammus is a tank and all tanks are meant to be able to basically fuck up the carry so even an underfarmed one can do a ton of damage vs a ranged AD if they get in their face. One of your jobs as the carry is to position yourself so you don't get wrecked by the enemy team while being able to output as much dps as possible. | ||

Honestly he's not all that good mechanically (at least for most champs) and he doesn't talk to his allies very much either so even if he has a good understanding of the game he can't carry his team without talking to them. | ||

The fact that he does not care or will not put up with shit by other people (in terms of attitude) is what makes me love him personally. Though HotShotGG is a very skilled player, he is simply not enjoyable to watch often. Guardsman Bob can make things entertaining with his wit and comedy. Same thing goes with Total Biscuit. Not the most well read on StarCraft, but my God does he make a game entertaining. | ||
