Passive, Q, and E are too strong. personally I think his ult and W are just fine as is.

she looked like she had a tremendous itch on her ass and there was nothing that she could do about it
now she looks like she scratched it and now is just pissed that she had to spend three weeks in that state

Sivir has issues farming, Madred's real nice tbh.
On a serious note, is anyone having graphic issues since the patch? Minions fire nonstop, looks like a touhou game now.

So I heard Elo is being reset this month, so will your old Elo be seen anywhere? If so, top elo? Current elo at the time of reset?

Doubt anyone knows the answer to that yet. Where'd you hear it was this month? I heard Magma Chamber could be coming out with Season 2.

Elo will be reset at the end of Season 1, most likely after Dreamhack. Don't know if your old Elo will still be shown after reset. Doubt it. Ladder might be saved as an archive.

Magma Chamber will be released when Project Shiny is completed. If it isn't done by Season 2, it won't be released then. Project Shiny has a lot of things that need to be done, so if Riot isn't happy with the quality of Magma+Shiny, they just won't release it.
