If your enemies want to zone you, they will have a really easy time. Imo Maokai is the strongest 1v2 currently if he is supported by jungle/roam. Malphite or Cho works kinda, Karthus should be fine at lower levels. Kennen should be good. Ideally you want to have cheap long range spells that you can farm with, but you should also be able to hold your tower against hard pushing. Bonus points if you are not pushing while farming with spells. | ||

The best 1v2'ers have some combination of long range, AoE, and healing. Morgana trumps this pack with all 3, chogath is great as well once you level your rupture and feral scream enough. Vlad is good. Malphite is bad now. Morde is good except vs like double ranged carry ashe/teemo stuff. Maokai I imagine does well but never seen him 1v2. Most ranged do fine though. Again, mostly its bad players who auto attack lanes 1v2 vs you. Most players at top level don't try to 1v2 without jungle because usually teams have 1 1v2'er to support a roamer bot and they can just send the roamer top and have bot 1v2 if you try to set up a super deny but weak lane like gangplank/X. | ||

 Honestly it all depends if you are playing vs people who push 24/7 or people who just don't harass you too much. For the pushers ofc you need some anti-pushing skill, for the others you can go well with anything that doesn't require crapton of farm to be effective. | ||

generally tanky shit that have an extremely quick way of getting rid of creep waves at tower are most all purpose 1v2ers (singed, cho) even if they do get harassed or w/e they can usually shrug it off (singed until he gets his cata, cho until he heals it back up at tower again). thus they have the ability to stay somewhat near exp range if the lane is pushing towards their side. if the 2 in question is really weak, sometimes you can make do with shen or w/e, but cho and singed probably MVP because they are really good when it becomes a 1v1 as well (if the other goes roaming / healing or w/e). | ||

Imo Shen >>>> Singed for 1v2. Singed can't really shrug 2 enemies' harrass off and has to get really close to grab lasthits. And even if they push, he still has to run around far enough from the tower that all their ranged stuff can hit him easily. Shen can at least max Feint and lasthit with Vorpal. Obviously Shen can't make use of his ult in a 1v2 lane, lol. | ||

Rammus still has strong and early ganks, as well as loads of map control. Definitely a good ban at lower elo because a decent Rammus can own all your lanes. Shen is similar, because people at low elo usually don't keep in mind that there might be a Shen ulting in and overextend. Amumu because his ult rapes people who don't position properly. I personally ban Renekton/Amumu/Shen/Rammus/Nocturne (mixing it up depending on what I feel like) at now 1600 elo. My bans are based upon my previous games: If I see that people can't deal with a certain champ I'll put him on my ban list. Teemo and Zilean or whatever is a popular ban at higher elo right now are not on that list simply because I don't ever run into problematic Teemos or Zileans. | ||
