Based on how chat goes down at least once a day I can't really blame them for not enabling it. The fact that their servers can't handle their playerbase is another story, of course.... | ||

Cheap excuse by Riot. I may not be playing US much nowadays but i do play few games a day and i don't remember server having problems with chat. Of course EU is another story but EU was bugged since EVER. If they want to decrease serverload why don't they just disable ranked, normal and custom games? They have "a greater per-player server load" than idling... | ||

Then again I can't carry as AP like annie either because tanks become too strong. Seems like LoL balances out quite a bit in lategame except for the odd unkillable irelia who just wipes out everyone. Guess I'm going to have to rely on getting good teammates, was probably and unlucky streak. (Last one I played we had a teemo, guess it doesn't count) (It's not like my whole team is bad, but even if 1 other person is doing well sometimes it's just not enough) | ||

If the patcher gives you the "Launcher Has Experienced An Error" message then you likely have a corrupted file that will need to be replaced to successfully complete the patching process.
