Looking at the wiki, sigil has 25 range over Q and 75 range on W, and distortion range is estimated to be greater than Sigil's when the AoE is taken into account. I don't see how you'd ever get a chance to land a hit unless you manage to bait a distortion wiff every time, though she can instantly just pop back and run away until the CD is up if you're that much of a problem between CDs. | ||

Ryze's W only has a range of 625, meaning that it should be totally possible for Leblanc to dash from well outside of W's range and still hit him. | ||
