The cooldown is 2x, it scales retardely well, it's physical damage... I think it's pretty well-balanced. Caitlyn seems like a strong DPS to me.

It's also bugged right now. Moving out of range, into brush, or out of line of sight should not break it but does atm.

Then you realize she needs to build AS/AD, has no innate AS boost and has worse mana efficiency than Ashe.

AD makes her ult scale... so when she builds it... she gets more damage...

I mean the big thing to me is that like, she has a GREAT form of CC + a kinda shitty one that doubles as an escape mechanism that can hop walls. She's already good because of that.

You're not playing against (or as) Poppy very often, are you? I don't think I ever got past 70 cs on Poppy. And in some games I spend quite a bit of time farming... Poppy doesn't build AD or AS (aside from Triforce maybe), so farming by autoattacking minions takes forever. Her spells don't even 1 shot minions most of the time (a huge part of her damage output is because of DFG and her ult) and they are single target.
Earlygame Poppy often camps a brush in the duo lane or is forced off the minions by ranged champions. Midgame she is roaming a lot. You really have a hard time farming as Poppy.

Panth's passive can't even block urgot's Q. I'm always fighting pantheons because I'm the only one on the team that can actually go 0/0/0 against him in most groups (unless he's a baddie of course)

Panth's passive blocks mf's double up too, but doesn't block his spear. Dunno what's the rule behind it, since caitlyn's ult doesnt apply onhit effects (or does it?)

Was playing her yesterday and raged when a panth with 100 hp ran away and his passive blocked my ult... Had i known that I would have just tried to chase him down and tower dive.

It feels like they designed Caitlyn to just become useless late game.
-Her Q just doesn't scale well enough
-Her traps are extremely niche because you can only lay 2 of them down (they are also visible)
-Her net launcher doesn't put you over some walls that you would definitely have the distance for
-Her ult is weaker than lux's ult but only hits one target, and shes a mana hungry whore.

They could easily increase the scaling on her Q & increase the amount of damage removed from passing through targets to balance it. The rest of the stuff I'm just now sure about...
