o/
i actually was writing one, a "guide to winning at lol" and i used all the knowledge i learned from going from 700 elo back up to 1400 right when casseopia came out
but i tried to write it in one sitting, i had about 4 hours worth of writing down when my computer restarted thanks to windows update
thanks windows!
i have not attempted it again. but i'm willing to give you any tips or input you might want coming from someone who pulled themselves out of "elo hell"

1400 still elo hell. so is 1600. and 2000. Solo queue = elo hell sadly.

You will tend to win more if you are good though but the process to "becoming good" is different from what most people think/do.

uhhhhh
i just read that
it basically says
"pick a carry. talk shit in all-chat but don't make it too obvious. make someone else on the other team leave then win 5v4 and if you can't make someone leave, backdoor towers with TF or Yi"
that is hardly a guide to success

oh. not sure if this is a BARB (zing! get it? dual meaning!) but yeah i know how to win, maybe not how to be a good player

shitcombo just carries me to good.
Also I played some lurker from TL and sucked a fat chode as TF. I'm not actually that bad, laptops are just extremely uncomfortable to play on when you need twitchy reactions.

oh man HoN is $10 for the next day.
not gonna lie, I'm pretty tempted

I've read that before, and I think that guide is pretty bad, actually.

Phrost, here I am.
Does anyone else feel bad when they play smurfs? I just made a smurf and obviously destroyed everyone and was extremely brave but I feel like i'm destroying their hopes and dreams. I remember when I first started playing and got randomly destroyed by amazing players and thought this game was unbalanced / stupid. Is that what they'll think? lol idk was just something I was thinking about.

i don't feel bad because if you play at stupid hours like me most of the other players are smurfs too
and one time we ran into phreak and some other obviously riot people (one dude named himself Ryze Bot) whose names didn't show up on the scoreboard, and their levels were like 12 or w/e either hackers or riot people who changed their levels and names @_@

And I just bought HoN. For 10 dollars which are about .30 euros it's totally worth giving it a shot.

guitarasaurus: jazriel taught all of us a little something about LoL guitarasaurus: he taught me how good a full AD runepage is, on everyone guitarasaurus: because you never miss a last hit guitarasaurus: and then you can buy other stats. ezpz. Waezer: You shouldn't be struggling on last hits to begin with (on most champs) Waezer: I'm not saying having bad damage doesn't make it harder, but it's not *that* much harder guitarasaurus: woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosh

No longer am I the mainer of animals, I am now ShacoDrizzle!

The first ~10 minutes of that game would have been informative regarding jungling damage control... got fucked by the Warwick on blue, but recovered by chugging ~10 health potions to maintain jungling speed.
