Conclusion? Tibbers is bugged as fucked. 450+(300*.7)=660*.67=442 // 963 incinerate on the other hand checks out mathematically 285+(300*.8)=525*.67=351 // 328 Seeing the problem here? | ||

The ultimate has a knock-up effect but i think a garen spin that knocks people up is a little OP so it's probably cast in a direction, knock up in that direction, proceed to spin and easily catch people that you knocked up. | ||

Also we won the game so I'm not even upset, banshees OP. What I said is what 100% word for word happened. The quickest way to resolve this would be to have someone simulate lag (throttling, torrenting, whatever) and fuck around on annie in custom for a bit. And then report the findings to riot for them to ignore. | ||

Also with Wukong as a jungler I'm reminded of Shaco but since he comes with innate bulk he would scale much better mid to late game. It just seems kinda off that more of the newer heroes have more than one tool for gap closing or/and escaping and it's making flash more and more demanded to deal with it. | ||
