Death Recap sucks. I've died from full HP Warmog's Jarman (like, 3.5K HP) and had death recap tell me I took 800 damage total or something retarded like that.

I'm going to guess Blaze was in a situation where it was pretty clear what spells were cast at him, and one of them had to be doing obscenely over-the-top amounts of damage. Usually death recap isn't even worth checking, so the situation had to be pretty bizarre for him to even tab it open and screenshot it. It's not exactly rocket science to do out the math showing that no combination of runes/masteries could cause Annie to do 1700 damage with only those items.
So sure, maybe Tibbers isn't bugged. But for him to get 100->0ed with those items on each player, at least ONE of those 3 spells listed in the recap IS bugged. And there's much less precedent for it being Janna's tornado.

The most obvious issue with it is that it just randomly cuts off previously taken damage even if you have been under attack for quite a while. Then it only shows the death recap for like the last 20% of your HP. At some point it obviously HAS to reset all the stats, it just sometimes happens mid combat.
But for quick deaths to burst it seemed rather reliable to me so far.

So I had an idea last night by the way, for guinsoo's REAALLLY BF sword with the +25% ad. Just make it so that autoattacks are no longer able to crit if you have the item. It removes the desire for many ranged carries to get it (especially ashe) since a lot of their damage comes from crit, and if they still want it, it opens other build paths besides IE or BT into PD.

Honestly it's a stupid idea for an item. AD casters don't need a deathcap.

About the annie pic, annie had around 130 AP, guessing 30 mpen with runes and 15% from teh mastery, brand had 78 mres, that means he has 48 mres, with the 15% that brings it down to around 41 which is around 29% magic resistance. Rank 2 tibbers does 325+.7*130=416 dmg. The aoe from tibbers did 10*(35+.2*130)=610 damage.(assuming tibbers was in range the whole 10 seconds) With resistances that's 729 damage. If you add in some autoattacks in those 10 seconds the damage could come close to 1300, in no way did tibbers deal double damage. I'm a retard, she had even more AP than that, tibbers really didn't deal double damage.

This inspires me to play tank stun bot Annie with roa/rylai/frozen heart/banshee. If you can indeed double hit then you don't need that much ap to burst softies.
