Well, the fact it's 2 years late exclude the fact that it's a game developed "to surf on a wave" to begin with, which isn't a bad thing, and closer to a "passion project" than a big $$$ production... :/

It's a good thing Blizzard is opening up and trying to do smaller, fun things.
Making massive games that they work on for 10 years only to get middling reception followed by a ton of criticism on release hasn't been working out the best for them last few times.

well I guess it's called HotS now.. 
b.t.w. - I think Heroes of the Storm is inherited from the first custom MOBA SC2 attempt game before.. It was called Storm of the Imperium Sanctum (or SoTiS if you might've heard).. But it has no connection with the Blizzard DotA that was announced like 2 years ago or so..
Just debating on how the "storm" got in the name..

Maybe "Storm" is a theme word common enough between Blizzard's main 3 franchises, I don't know.

Blizzard = a snow storm
Heroes = their franchise stars
Heroes of the Storm = franchise stars of Blizzard

Not a fan of another "HOTS" name...
Since it's a blizzard passion project, maybe it should be called:
Heros of Blizzard Irvine (HoBI)
If it's still a sc2 map i'll try it out. Otherwise not going to pay (I don't even play the free moabs).
