Dota2 gets the even better 6.79 update that'll make it even better as esport to watch. Blizz is late once again with everything. Nobody literally would care about another MOBA that will just start to balance and go 1.0. Think about how many years it took for Dota to develop what it is today, and even though LoL ripped Dota pretty much, it still took them time to balance their pay2win fest. Anyway as many people here, 1-2 tries can be given to the new Blizz-waste-of-time-and-money but not many (not at all imo) people will play it. | ||

As far as the name forget about the acronym the biggest problem I see with it as someone else pointed out can too easily be confused with Heroes of Newarth or whatever its called. On blizzard's facebook page it says they'd prefer it for ppl to just call it "heroes". I can easily see one buddy saying to another buddy "Hey, whatcha doing?" "NM, playing heroes." "Yeah, I tried that and didn't like it." "No, this is a new game." "Yeah, no thanks, already tried one." As far as saying Blizzard is too late to the party I suggest people wait and see gameplay at blizzcon. I get the feeling this game is going to be very different. And don't underestimate blizzard, remember they were "too late to the party" for WoW too. | ||

There is no balance in a moba, people always abuse the op shit of the month and/or ban it. It just appears to be kinda balanced cause its 5vs5 and thats why there is always some counter. LoL is no pay to win, and many people will play this, just cause it has Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo charakters in it. Will it get as successful as lol or even dota? Only time can tell, but the chances are high that this will get a lot of people playing it. | ||

Oh, I didnt realize they decided to make it standalone. That is new for me. Originally it was a mod for SC2... still doesnt change my opinion of the people that post. | ||
