That being said, its a good finisher card but probably won't be played . Not much synergy with other Hunters cards. I think Ragnaros is better overall, but i won't be surprised if someone prove me wrong here. But this can stabalize the board. You can suicide Huffer into a threat, and keep up a 5/4 taunt + Leokk.

New hunter card seems like a decent replacement for doctor boom in standard. Probably a 1-of in a midrange deck but could be a major player in the fabled control hunter.

Damn, that's a fine card. Control Hunter may stand a shot at being my #1 complaint in the QQ thread this summer. Shoot for the stars, Rexxar!

Amazing stats for cost with 3 annoying bodies for houndmaster . If you have prior animal companions or a Tundra rhino on board prior it can just snowball games, or just back to back call of the wilds managing to protecting huffer and leokk its game over. Basically its anyfin can happen in beast form.

new hunter seems amazing for all non-face hunter decks, will still have to see how good aggro will be compared to non-aggro. if control/ slow midrange will become about as good as aggro, this will be a huge card: gives instant damage, makes your board more scary +protects your face of course you could also see it as 3 bodies for face juggler +5 huffer, but i doubt this will fit in an aggro deck

Anyone daring to guess that the new hunter legendary will finally be a useful one?

This is like the un-board clear. They spend a full turn clearing your board. And then you build another in a single turn for one card. I think I like it, because I see it as something that could slow midrange hunter down, while making it stronger.

I'm not completely sure, but I think this card will be off the wall bonkers. Like.. oh no.. Hunter reached 8 mana, I've lost.. levels of insane.
|
i don't know that it will be THAT strong but i'm quite certain it'll be a very good card in slower hunter decks. and i like the sound of that.

So it looks like Cho'Gall is going to win the next vote. He's probably the new Warlock legendary, but do any of you have predictions for what his affect would be?
|
I think Call of the Wild is going to feel like Dr. Boom. 3 minions, immediate impact on board, big threat that must be cleared ASAP. Except you can run 2 of them. This card is going to be insane.

I just hope it has a double effect to represent the double head. So some part representing the sorcerer and another part representing a bruiser.
Maybe something like Charge, Spell power +1
Battlecry: 3 damage to a target and Battlecry: 3 damage to a random target
Something like that. I think there is a lot of potential to makes a very nice card out of the concept of Cho'Gall

battlecry: reduce your intellect by 20. thats it, nothing more. remember not every card needs to be useful, some can be just for "fun" -_____________________________________________-
well i doubt it, but with what blizzard has shown this is actually a possibility
might have the standard ogre 50% miss chance + something else

edit facehunter quality check: only one huffer for 8 mana, lol i get the same for just 3, give more face, i mean skill cards

IMO harder to remove than Boom too (although removing Boom often takes out most of your board with it lol).

its not the bad cards i'm disappointed in, its the mentality of creating cards for "fun" that will be played only on the first day after release, and never after again, with the sole purpose of hyping up the new expansion
