Got 12-2 on a Paladin run, without Consecration or Truesilver Champion. So I'm quite happy with that! Though I felt bad to the same Shaman player I faced for my 11th and 12th win.
Pretty much just solid minions all around with a great curve and enough card draw to keep rolling. 2x Blessing of Wisdom, Hammer of Wrath, Gadgetzan Auctioneer and Azure Drake.
My rewards were awesome too. 415 gold, a pack, and a golden Lightning Storm. The pack had 2 legendaries in it: Cairne Bloodhoof and Lord Jaraxxus! Feels good since I don't have either of those yet.

I feel like I just suck at this game. I get decks with 3 Consecrations and Truesilvers and solid minions and end up at like 7-10 wins max. 6 months playing. Friend of mine plays for a month and got several 12-X runs.

@Perpetuous: I know how you feel, although I dont play as long as you do.
My last arena run was quite the horror... I picked mage got an Anthonidas as firstpick...awesome right ? Well if I had gotten more then the lousy 5 spells afterwards...no frostbolts 1 arcane intellect, 2 fireballs, 1 poly and a flamestrike. That doesnt work well with Anthonidas.
But I got some awesome creatures right ? Of course not...here, have some Murloc Tidecallers, Dragonling Mechanic or a Stonetusk Boar...If you think these are bad picks, how about a nice Lv1 pirate as an alternative ? No? How about one of these awesome cards for your rarepicks: Alarm-o-Bot , Coldlight Oracle or Angry Chicken ?
I somehow made it to 2 wins...yay?

I went 11-3 for the first time, and I feel like this deck was a 12 wins one :

The card quality is awesome but IMO it lacked middlegame ( I still had sick control with my Swipes and Wraths). MVP of this arena : Azure Drake without a doubt, I finally realized why this card was considered so strong, it comboed several times with a Swipe for desgusting wins. On a side note, having three Swipes in hand when your opponent has twelve health feels pretty damn good ^^ Anyway I lost to two lucky hunters and a strong paladin with a thousand divine shields at the end, so I don't feel that bad about my play (I steamrolled four mages in a row from 7 to 11 wins).
Also, yay for gold !! + Show Spoiler +

Same as above, I did a 12 1 run with 6 swipes. It felt lame, so many turn 8 wins with double swipes to the face!

You might be overrating Consecration. I think it's only about the 4th best class common, and I would never want 3, although I'd still pick a third over something mediocre. It's a card that gets noticeably worse in multiples and doesn't scale well.
But other than that, play skill is more important in Arena than your deck, so you might have some small leaks you're not aware of. Luck is always a factor, too, like just yesterday I went 2-3 with what I consider one of the best rogue decks I've ever drafted. Sometimes your opponent just has the nuts.

I ended up in this situation in my latest arena run and I think it is very close to what the best decision is. How would you guys play it? http://i.imgur.com/IHhTPG7.jpg

Well, Faceless is going to copy the 5/6 for sure, I don't think there's any value to copying the 1/1.
After that, you can either clear the board and be left with a 5/6 and 2/4 with him at 15, or you can set up lethal for the following turn by trading the SI-7 Agent and going to face with the rest.
I like the second line more, since it only gives him one draw, and the only things you lose to are Consecration/Hammer of Justice/random minion that kills your 1/1. Truesilver or Argent Commander will win no matter what you do, and I think giving the opponent extra draws is a bad idea, especially since your board would not be that strong. If you go for clear and he draws a Boulderfist Ogre, for example, you'd need to trade both of your creatures for it and then be in a losing position.

Funny situation ^^

Pretty fun Druid deck here. Probably the most exciting run I've had in Arena. I finished with 12-2 and has no Swipe or Starfall, take a look:
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/2Z2fr17.png)
A combination of Savage Roar, Power of the Wild and Force of Nature won me most of my games since no one expects it in Arena. I had Innervate too so I was able to double Savage Roar with Force of Nature. Stormwind Champion on top of all of that was just way too nice.
Also had enough card draw to keep me rolling and was able to find my combo cards fast enough. Plenty of taunts to pull me through until I can do my combo. Nat Pagle didn't really do much lol. Only used him about 3 games, and drew only one card each.

I think one nice thing about Pagle is even if he doesn't get much draw, he usually can draw alot of your opponents cards out just to get rid of him. It's rare he does less than even trade when played imo. Also.."Caught one!"

Currently 4-0 with a nice Mage deck without Flamestrike or Fireball. Didn't have much luck playing Mage lately (it always feels like a good deck and I go 5-3 or something), so I'm feeling good. Also, Wyrm + Coin + Mirror Image is too stupid.
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/N1r2EjDl.png) Missing: Blizzard, Lord of the Arena, Ragnaros.
So far, quite good, but some decks out there are just absurd... A hunter with: 2x Buzzard, 2x UTH, 2x Cult Master, Gladiator's longbow, Eaglehorn and Snaketrap... only won because he misplayed (killing off his creatures under Cult Master to fatigue damage him into Rag finisher).
Also, a Mage with 4x Polymorph, for some reason.

Was an easy choice for me anyway. It was either Nat Pagle, Captain Greenskin or Baron Geddon. Some card draw was better for me at the time, since that pick was closer to the end when I already had the combo cards.

Just completed a 12 win run with Mage. Nothing outstanding about the deck but I had the best draws ever. For 8 games in a row I was able to play a turn 1 Mana Wyrm (pretty incredible considering there was only 1 in the deck) and follow it up with a Coin or Frostbolt play. Got 2 consecutive losses when I was at 8 wins but thankfully had enough steam let in the engine to bring it home.

Sooo.. I was getting somewhat frustrated with Arena lately, so I decided I'd draft a deck where pick every murloc offered to me. This was the result:
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/LiRKCa5.png)
It went 8-3. No one expects the Leeroy topdeck after Deathwing, I felt soooo bad after the two times I won in that manner, like at least with Pyroblast you know it's coming.

I was helping a friend assemble a deck and this is what he got.
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/ImIULyb.png) Missing: Bluegill Warrior, 2 Wraths, Power of the Wild, Worgen Infiltrator and an Elven Archer.
For the Ysera pick, he was offered a choice of Ysera, Cenarius or Onyxia. For the Black Knight choice, he was offered either that, Barron Geddon or ANOTHER Ysera.
No Swipes, but I'd say it looks promising.

First pick for Paladin... Avenging Wrath or Lay on Hands?
I personally picked up Lay on Hands, but the Arena guides here value Avenging Wrath higher. I only think that's good if matched with Equality or some other board wipe.
Card draw is important in Arena sometimes, so I took it...

I used to think Avenging Wrath was kind of bad, but it's kind of like a gigantic Arcane Missiles. If you hold it long enough, there will usually be a situation where they have 2-3 minions out at low health that you can wipe. It's also really good in situations where your opponent is playing around Consecration by trading.
That said, I think the pick is relatively close between all Paladin epics. They all require some amount of patience and good timing to be used well, although Sword of Justice has the highest payoff. For a first pick, I'd probably take Wrath > Hands simply because it's easier to build around, and it's much better when you're behind, so it helps a lot if you don't happen to pick up a lot of Truesilvers and Consecrations.

I had the day off and spent a fun day in Arena. I started the day with around 600gold and drafted a fantastic Druid deck... it went 3-3 and I didn't even had big misplays. Just really tough opponents and some bad luck.
The day went on horribly: Priest: 2-3 Paladin: 2-3 Rogue: 2-3
Mediocre decks mixed with some horrible play.
I am at 155g now and therefore decide to play Mage, because... well, you know. The Mage deck was nothing special, but of course it went 9-3. So I finally got offered Shaman, drafted a very good deck and went 12-2. My first 12 wins with Shaman (4th time overall), both losses to Mages and one insane win against a Hunter.

Fun fact: It was the second time I picked Malygos in Arena and both decks went to 12 wins. Everybody keeps saying how that card does not give you enough, but it helped me win 3-4 games. I picked it over The Beast and Millhouse Manastorm.
+ Show Spoiler +
Neglecting the spelldamage, the 4-12 body is also very useful.

Got 11-1 and ended 11-3 with a Mage deck without Flamestrike. Only epic I had was Ice Block, and had very few really good cards. Mana curve was 2 and 4 heavy, with 3 fire balls which won me quite a few games.
