Im not sure how he/she told you to heal it but id suggest washiung it with cold water and a non fragrance non perfumed soap gently rubbing with finger no wash cloths.then dry by patting with towel no rubbing.Let air out for 15 minutes then ably oitment.Try not to let it scap up and if it does DO NOT PICK at it.the scaps will pull color out.
