For XP and vista i believe you can take screen shots with:
Alt+Prt Scr (print screen)
and then PASTE it into paint and make a picture

For Mac i think it is:
apple + Shift + 3
(I think its the apple button well windows replacement button)

if you add +crtl I think it is put into the clipboard

then you can use what ever photoshareing thing that floats your boat
i used photobucket and to get a thumb when adding the img change the direct http from http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v290/CustomLover/Desk.jpg

Nothing on Monitor two right now, but usually it's got iTunes and other useful tidbits. Unfortunately the second monitor it a real piece of garbage and it simply can't compare to my MacBook's monitor so the colors are always out of whack. Oh well.

simple. you take a camera with manual exposure and set it to +1 minute (of course not exactly, just to get the idea), hook it on a tripod and take your shot.

Yeah, it's long shutter speed. As you can see, white = headlights, red = backlights.

So you just leave the shutter open for many seconds and that will happen
