I haven't been able to find a decent phone that matches the service I want I don't now which company to choose etc.
For starters I have no credit which is worse than bad credit a lot of times.
I would have to pay a 400 or 500 $ deposit to start a plan with Verizon or Cingular. Its only 75$ deposit for T-Mobil and i think its like 125$ for Sprint. I have no idea about all those other guys , amp'd, boost, helio, etc.

Ok so what I want is a individual 1 year (or 2 if its a good contract and phone) contract with:
(these are all monthly charges)
-500-1000 Text messages for less than 10 bucks.
-600-1000 talk minutes for 40 or so bucks.
-Picture/text messaging no extra charge.
-Nights and Weekends Free.
-Free Mobile to Mobile. (free calls within my network)

What I want in a Phone:
-Flip/clamshell phone. (this is a must, my last phone was a bar phone and I kept calling 911 all the time in my pocket and taking pictures of darkness in my pocket.)
-External display for clock etc.
-Picture caller ID that displays on the external.
-Mega Pixel camera (1.3 or better preferably).
-Talk/use time 4 hours +.
-Standby time 7 days or so is good.
-The ability to download /transfer ring tones from my computer for free via usb or whatever (I already have some cut up and ready to use for a phone).
-I also want to be able to designate different ring tones for different people.
-Ringback tones would be a plus but not necessary.(You know when you call someone and it plays music instead of ringing.)
-A memory slot for an SD card would be nice but I don't need it.
-I want to be able too have a camera/video that has a flash and allows you to turn of the shutter sound (I sneak pics on people

-Comes with some games. (Is there any way to transfer the games off my old phone to my new one?)

So far I've been looking at T-Mobil but the plan I looked at doesn't include Free mobile to mobile (its like 7 bucks a month to do that). They have 2 phones I want but the first one [Samsung t619] is discontinued and I can only order it online. Its got everything I want except I've heard the external display goes dark and you have to open it to turn it back on which is basically worthless. I looked on www.Phonescoop.com and there is really no negative review on the phone but when I callled the T-mobil store the guy said the phone was canceled after a few weeks and that usually means there is something wrong with that model when they do that. I think he just made that shit up to try and get me to come in and he could make some commission off me, I'm not sure. If I buy it online its free btw.
The second phone I liked is the new Motorola RAZR V3T. It has everything good. I'm already used to Motorola UI and I have the USB cable for my comp for Motorola products which is a big plus. The thing that suck though is, with a 1 year contract the phone would be 200 bucks and a 50 dollar Mail in rebate. I'm already gonna be spending like 150 bucks to get the service sim card etc. on that website there is really no cons to the phone at all.
The only thing I know about T-mobil is they give shitty reception. Its spotty on their network map. Some places (like my room in my house) get terrible if any reception and others its fine.
Do you guys have any recommendations or advice to give me?
Any past experiences or deals you know of?
Can you guys tell me what other comparisons to make between Service providers? I know sprint does earlier Nights and Cingular does rollover minutes. What do other people offer?
Its really starting to piss me off that I can't find a good service/phone. This 300 bucks is burning a hole in my pocket because I have been putting this off for months and now I have the funds to do it.
