NEEDforSEAT's MAXNOMIC chairs have long been a part of our success. When they began popping up at HomeStory Cups, we started winning them. Maybe that's why Liquid players have had such a tremendous run of success in Krefeld. NFS chairs are now the preferred choice in esports tournaments worldwide—is it any wonder why Liquid players have had so much success? Now you can bring the magic home. The TLPro style MAXNOMIC line is now available for purchase in North America and Europe. It comes in various shapes and styles, so be sure to do some research before selecting which luxurious chair you'd like to spend your days reclining in.
This weekend, TaeJa competes against seven of the best Sc2 players in the world for the right to be crowned WCS Champion at Blizzcon. This weekend, Sheth will attempt to lead the Liquid`Heroes expeditionary force to glory against some of the top esports organizations in the scene. And this weekend, our partners NEEDforSEAT are coming out with a line of Team Liquid PRO chairs for gaming or office that are downright the most handsome seats we've ever seen.
Feeling lucky? For Blizzcon weekend ONLY, we're running a contest on Facebook, in which one lucky winner in Europe and one in the US/Canada will win these awesome chairs. The TL Store also has a special offer for you until Monday - the TL Jersey will be discounted on both the EU as well as NA stores. You don't even need the help of RNGesus for that one - it's a sure thing. Just hurry up to secure your shirt, in EU especially we only have a handful left.
I understand the mark-up required for stuff like this, but the premium for the teamliquid logo is wayyyyyy too much in this case.
I don't mind paying a little extra for TL clothing and whatnot ($15-50 markup typically), but comparable chairs could be found for at least a hundred bucks cheaper. Do you guys get to set the prices? Or does Maxonomic charge a standard fee for chairs with custom graphics?
Maybe I'll do a DIY project, just need a good way to paint/cover the chair with whatever graphics I decide to go with.
Already have a DX racer chair(essentially the same thing?), for how much it costs could they not have done any forethought about the head rest cushion and lumbar support... could it be any less cheaply done? TL chairs seem to have same design, no improvements.
Just curious, but aren't Maxnomic's chairs essentially the same as dx racer's?!? The models are almost identical and need for seat was associated with dx racer a few years ago. Anyone got some background info on this?

yeah iirc they are all based on those dx racers chairs.

Haha i bought 2 back in the days, one it still in his plastic bag lol, I dont take chances with TL haha
It is very strong and comfy and for 40$ more you get great quality imo. The other one seem ok tho, Demuslim said it was perfect for him (as hes not a big guy), so yeah

Or buy the Liquid one which is not only better looking but better overall
The thing about liquid chairs is that I don't want to get my butt wet every time I sit down, and I'm worried it won't support my weight properly. I think I'm going to stick to solid chairs right now.
I didn't realize these were brand new chairs... I happened to go on that site yesterday to look for a new chair, and I'm between the TL one and the red/black one Complete coincidence that I happened to check that site for the first time ever at this point in time ^^

The two chairs are for different heights and weights, so it looks like it's less up to personal preference and more up to the size of your body.
Do the chairs come fully made or do you just get the individual parts and need to build it yourself? Some pictures on the main website seem to indicate the latter, which would be ridiculous if you're dropping 300-400 dollars without it already being put together...

Well it's mostly put together but they have to have main pieces apart for shipping. It's broken down by metal base, wheels, seat, back, and the main pillar part (whatever you call that). It's really easy to put them together and they include the tool needed. It's pretty much just unwrap everything, push the wheels into place, and screw the seat/back together and connect it to the base. It doesn't take long and there's not too much effort involved.
Large shirt I want is still sold out. Was tempted to buy a chair, look sleek as fuck, then I saw the price tag... lol. I'll try my chances instead and hope I win one.

Well I don't think most people need the last 7 or so that show how to put the cushion in and adjust the height/back position lol. It's just really detailed.
And yes, if it wouldn't give me back problems I would sleep in this chair.

thats how they market their brand. They sell few expensive but quality products and it works every time. They should be out of stock soon wich is really good. TL needs em monies to replace team Taeja eventually
The October winner still hasn't been announced (that I could find) and they already started this November raffle. The raffle terms&conditions always say the winners will be drawn within "48" after the contest ends and then announced within another "48" but this doesn't seem to be the process at all lol.

Not that high actually. Was checking what similar office chairs cost here. TL part seems to be €10 from the overall price compared to the basic variant of casual.
I am toying around with the idea to get a need for seat chair for months now. Maybe I'll get one with the colors of my favourite team on it instead of only these red/sporty ones.

You're mistaken, the winner was informed the following day and we retweeted the receipt of his chair. (October 30th)
I don't like how they say the prices without VAT. I was looking the chairs and though maybe I could buy it, then saw on the check out that they add the vat only then and ofc the price is much higher when you add 19%. Pretty lame to advertise the chair for price X when its actually X + X*19%.

I am in İstanbul Europe side. Even İstanbul/Turkey is not exactly EU still iwas able to buy 2 Liquid shirts in seperated times.. ?
I have no idea how they handle their shipping but Turkey is only in EFTA, and the Agreement covers trade in industrial products as well as fish and marine products and processed agricultural products.

I've had one for about 1.5 years now and it's amazing. No rips or any sort of damage so it's held up great considering I'm a college kid who sits at a computer a good chunk of the day. It's pretty easy to vacuum out and keep clean. The cushion on it still feels like it did day one and there's no butt-print at all on it. Basically they are just super quality, super comfortable, all around awesome chairs that I can't recommend enough.
