EPTBeing locked in a torture room and seeing saws, blades, axes, drills, scissors, guns, gags, etc etc. is way.... way.... wayyyyy more terrifying than silly stuff like The Ring. Half of it was just nice sound effects timing anyways.

The ring was a dumb fucking movie, barely scary as well, the storyline had potential but they blew it. If youre older then 15 and think it was good/scary... well i bet your apartment has no sharp angles! The hostel was fucking brilliant. what SJM said. the story hostel told was really terrifying. | ||

ju-on: the grudge (the japanese movie not the american remake) was another movie that was really creepy to me. i couldnt really make sense of it, but it seemed that is what helped make it even scarier. the exorcist is an oldie but goody, and one of the best horror films of all time, and one of my favorites. really freaky and scary. | ||
