There is so much other waste that could be cut besides NASA and the space program. If for nothing else to give kids something other than a Sports star to look up to (who doesn't think working for NASA is something to aspire to? ) I hope private companies can pickup the slack but governments need to do their part as well. | ||

Why wouldn't it be a benefit to build a big pyramid so your god-emperor can go to the afterlife? Sounds pretty beneficial to me edit: not to mention, people thousands of years later think your civilization is pretty frickin cool, sounds like a benefit | ||
