This is silly. While everyone has smartphones, I believe the apple hating is kind of unreasonable.
Iphones are worse than droids, but they are competitive and not noticeably worse to the average person/even someone who does complex computing may prefer or not mind an iphone.
Apple sued. It certainly does seem to be that google suing was an affect of this, but apple getting a taste of its own medicine is kinda silly. They're just suing because they can and when one person starts its an obligation to continue until everyone's even.
Things like "please win" show a lack of....quality of discussion. it would be more pleasing to discuss the plausibility of the case, what precedent samsung has set, and if apple suing set it all into motion without relics of iphone vs android showing up.

It's like this on ever forum. I said this in the last thread, but really hating people for liking a company that makes a product is foolish. People think it's cool to hate on a company or a game and rant about the same things everywhere. Every company sues and gets sued, everyone just like to dish out the hate because people like a this vs them mentality, or so it seems.
However, I blame patent laws not the company. If the company has the right to try, then why not? I have an iPhone and I like it better than the droid because it's more user friendly to me and fits me. But I don't hate the droid or people who own a droid. Same goes for people that are Windows vs Mac OS, I personally like the customer service of Apple over Windows, I understand the language and I get a person right away, but I don't hate Windows, I just have a use for it. Throwing more cents/sense into the anti-hate/non-discussable language and feeling within this thread.
