I have no idea what a military bench is, but a military press is something you don't want to do too much of. It does work your chest but it is mainly for shoulders, back. you can also try flys/pushups/bench to mix up your routine...its not good to just work out a muscle one way | ||

Follow these steps: 1) Prioritize the upper chest: Start off your "chest" day with an incline movement of some sort like incline flies or an incline bench (just make sure to keep your grip wide enough to bring your chest into it). 2) Work the Bench Press heavy. 3) Add an additional exercise or two to finish off your chest. You want to get a "pump" going on. If you have access to a cable cross machine, I would go for it. You could also use heavy chest flies or declined dumbbell bench presses. If I remember correctly, decline dumbbell bench presses have the highest EMG numbers of any exercise in the pectoralis major. This is a good thing. 4) Go eat something. Or you could try plan B. It's only one step: 1) Quit being metro. Fuck bodybuilding. | ||

And he should also eat before the workout too (preferably protein), but i assume u know this and you just left it out ![]() | ||
