basically what this guy said, but you can also include press-ups, chest flys. I have no idea what a military bench is, but a military press is something you don't want to do too much of. It does work your chest but it is mainly for shoulders, back. Also, try to eat more sensibly for a bit

the best all around chest workout handsdown is an inclined dumbbell press...it works your entire chest out...from the bottom of the pec to the center where it tends to be smaller...and towards the shoulder where it tends to mass up more

you can also try flys/pushups/bench to mix up your routine...its not good to just work out a muscle one way

First of all, why would you include a Military Press for pectoralis hypertrophy? But that's been covered already. Second of all, why do two of your three other "chest" exercises prioritize triceps and the anterior deltoid when he's trying to get a bigger pecs? Third of all, do you really know jack shit about bodybuilding?

Every time I see a workout thread on this site, I do my best to ignore it because, when I read through it, I just get pissed. The amount of misinformation that goes into one of these boggles the mind. There are better sites to go to for your bodybuilding questions, namely:

www.bodybuilding.com or even www.t-nation.com

Hell, I'm not a part of the bodybuilding community, but that shit's got to be a longshot better than fucking TL.net.

But while I'm at it, I'll give you the basic BB path to a bigger chest as I understand it. Follow these steps:

1) Prioritize the upper chest: Start off your "chest" day with an incline movement of some sort like incline flies or an incline bench (just make sure to keep your grip wide enough to bring your chest into it).

2) Work the Bench Press heavy.

3) Add an additional exercise or two to finish off your chest. You want to get a "pump" going on. If you have access to a cable cross machine, I would go for it. You could also use heavy chest flies or declined dumbbell bench presses. If I remember correctly, decline dumbbell bench presses have the highest EMG numbers of any exercise in the pectoralis major. This is a good thing.

4) Go eat something.

Or you could try plan B. It's only one step:

1) Quit being metro. Fuck bodybuilding.

haha i agree with everything u said apart from: It's not "metrosexual" to want to be in good shape, unless his only objective is to get pecs to impress whoever. And he should also eat before the workout too (preferably protein), but i assume u know this and you just left it out

Getting in fighting trim = not metro.
Lifting for purely aesthetic reasons (bodybuilding) = metro as fuck.
