Is it really just immigrants vs. retired people? (as somebody posted recently) Pretty much. Older retirees tend to lean Republican, while the non-Cuban minority groups lean mostly Democrat. Hmmmm, kay. I get minority groups leaning towards the Democrats, not entirely sure why the older generation as a whole would favor the Republicans. (NOT a pro democrat statement, just wondering)
There have been massive shifts in overall philosophy regarding social policy in the past 30 years.

I don't like what I am seeing. Obama has this.
I'll do my post mortem tomorrow. Back to Halo 4.

Dunno what has happened in the last minute or so but the betting odds have just changed for Florida again. Democrats now down to 1.5 and Republicans now out to 2.4 to take Florida. So some more confidence in the betting of Democrats winning Florida compared to a couple of minutes ago. All the bookies showing similar odds.

CO heading strong towards Obama with 41% reporting in. That's a pretty bad sign for Romney...

You need to start reading up if you think so. Nothing is in the bag but people are comparing distrcits from 2008 to now. Places that Romney needed to over-perform he did not. Turnout is higher in several states where Republicans were hoping it would not. Again this isn't fairy dust but the story playing out so far county by county is that Obama is keeping up or outperforming. Romney is not.

Romney 636 votes ahead in Florida according to CNN now. Absurdly close.

FOX trying to say its all the medias fault for obama winning.... clear sign that its over

(NOT a pro democrat statement, just wondering) A large number of hispanics (by which I mean Mexicans specifically) are Roman Catholic, who could vote red. However, what Romney said on immigration during the primaries and the general election turned off MANY of them. For those who are legal, it affects their families, friends, and neighbors, and they do not want a President in office who would have no qualms making their lives hell.
