Goddamn fucking medical financial complications. I was scheduled to have surgery in 5 days from now and I JUST got a phone call earlier this morning saying that my insurance wouldn't cover it. My condition is given a number based on how severe it is, which is obtained from a CT scan. Anywhere from 1-3.25 is considered a cosmetic surgery and my insurance won't cover it. Anything above is supposed to be covered. I got my CT scan a month ago and my number was 4.63, the highest the nurse has ever seen, and my insurance is still fucking refusing to cover it. Total bullshit. They say they need to talk to my doctor to figure out if this is cosmetic or not, but I have a good feeling my doctor's going to screw me out of this one too. Throughout my first consultation, he's repeatedly said that this was a purely cosmetic procedure, and that he's never seen anybody with problems relating to my condition. That may be true, but the nurse tells me people with less severity than I have have been covered before. Insurance is supposed to cover it regardless, as they have a number that they must meet before approval, and I've surpassed that number by a LARGE amount. It pisses me off that they require the doctor to approve, which I'm not even sure he'll do.

The doctor fucking lied to my parents and me too. He said if insurance didn't cover it, that the surgery would cost about $10,000. We got the quote today that it would be $50,000 without insurance. How the fuck do you misquote something that bad!?!

I was planning to get this done and over with this summer so I could go back to school after a month of recovery, and now it looks like it's getting delayed so I can appeal with my insurance, which I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO. This appeal can take weeks, and it looks like I'm not going to get surgery this Summer. So I have to wait until December now... fucking great... I might not even get approved after all that if my doctor's a dick who treats people covered by insurance who have less severe conditions than me but got covered anyways.

Damnit, I'm tired of getting hated on just for being a fan of Avilo. I mean seriously. I like the guy's super long games and mass raven play. So what if he complains about balance? So does like 95% of SC2 players ever! And I'm sick of receiving PMs calling me a "cunt" just for being a fan of his. In fact I'm sick of all the vicious hate directed at him in general. Does he rage at opponents in game sometimes? Sure. He does that sometimes. But he doesn't go after people out of game the way everyone is going after him. And he sure as hell doesn't go after innocent fans of anyone.

I swear, if I get one more PM calling me a "cunt", I'm going to burst a blood vessel. Jesus.

It's +35*C inside my fucking workplace. We have no bloody fucking air conditioning. I don't wanna quit but this is un-fucking-bearable. I sweat like a mother fucker doing fuck all all day. Just sitting in the room makes me sweat. No physical exertion at all. Fuck this shit

My Apartment is west facing as well. I spent 300 bucks on a portable AC unit. BEST INVESTMENT EVER! I used to avoid my place as much as possible during the summer. Now I never want to leave. Canadian Tire has AC units for 200-600 bucks right. If you can afford even a small one it makes a HUGE difference.

By that logic, if I have no power, I can be prejudiced and hateful without being a racist. So if I bail and go to a country where I'm a minority and I hate on the majority and I act as if their "race" was inferior to mine, I AM NOT A RACIST, JUST A DOUCHEBAG? What the fuck?

I just got done with the experimental exam at the international physics olympiad and it was a fucking disaster. I don't eve have time to list all the things that were wrong with it because we're about to leave for the museum of national history. On one of the excursions we were on yesterday, the guide lied fucking blatantly about the university we're staying at, claiming that it had 23000 students when we've been told numerous times that there are just over 2000. I'm getting god dammed tired of Kazakhstan.

I'm really sick of "esports". Why did Idra get dropped when he was the only American who could compete at an international level? Why did people get so mad when Naniwa worker rushed? Why do people get bent out of shape when a dota or league team fucks around in a match that means nothing to them? Everything is just about what's MARKETABLE these days. Tournaments are by and should be for for the people competing, we're their guests. Anybody can enter any fighting game tournament, and the FGC rarely has shitstorms that compare to the butthurt I've witnessed being a part of the SC2 and Dota scenes. Get over your pipe dreams people, these are video games. The play alone should outweigh any other considerations.

I don't really ever get mad at this game but my god my last game made me furious. Our lineup has a Void, Sand King, and Witch Doctor (me) along with an SF mid and offlane Alch. I'd be in position for a death ward after chrono would be cast, then I'd realize that Void either:
a) ran away and is farming the jungle (despite being only 2-3 slotted at 40 minutes)
b) got hooked by clockwerk and not using BKB (10 second BKB at the end of the game) or timewalking into their team

At 30 minutes, they had 5 outer towers and all of our main ults were up, theirs were down. Push as 5 against their poor teamfight and take a tower or two? Nope, better to farm jungle and ancients while they push our towers! To top it off, Alch and SF were just flaming each other in Spanish the entire game.

I understand that I'm not like 6k MMR but holy fuck I was mad. How do you get above even 2k mmr doing shit like this?

I feel this so hard. I saw this one guy on Facebook complain that this one guy who bought a "small portion" (a lot for our standards, but not a lot give its the sahara) of land in Africa in the middle of the Sahara where it's uninhabitable and called himself king so his 3 year old could be a princess. It was sweet little thing to do that harmed nobody and purchased it fair and square.Then this guy on Facebook called it new age colonialism and decried his attempts to recolonize africa as a white supremist. And I'm just like... wut.

Why are so many people on BST forums such assholes? I'm nice to them, I make offers which are sometimes lowballs because lowballing sometimes works. When I receive offers which I consider to be too low, I say no thanks nicely.

I offered a dude $24 for something he's intended to sell for $32 for 3 months now, and he just doesn't respond (I know he saw it, the forum tells you if your PM has been read). I'd be willing to pay up to 28 but since he doesn't respond I'll just say fuck it.
