You can't compare Chipolte to Taco Bell. I can walk out of Bell with two or three 5 layer burritos and be stuffed for under three dollars.
Chipolte costs me around ten and doesn't even fill me up.

Does this surprise anyone? C'mon. OF COURSE the damn mixture is loaded with salts and sugars. If you don't like it they have steak and chicken fillers.
Who cares? If it taste good, eat it... So as long it has less than 1% human flesh.

I hate that place. If I wanted a soggy beef burrito I can make 1 at home and better.

The top one is their carbon tacos (carbOWN not c12 carbon). Other one is chicken soft taco. Also, while the actual food you get doesn't look exactly like that its pretty close, a lot closer than the promo big macs vs real big macs.

And they've managed to make it delicious. Good on them!

As long as it isn't infested or fatally toxic to me, and as long as they do not give me blatantly incorrect nutritional information (if it really had 200 more calories on average than they would say or something) then I don't give a shit.
How someone can be upset that a company puts a lot of extra stuff in their food that is found in other foods as well that you can buy is beyond me.

I see what you are trying to say but could you use an example that doesn't involve murder?

Taco Bells owns Pepsi, Pepsi is sponsoring the GSL. They could commit murder and i'd be ok with it

Am I the only one who hates Taco Bell? Their food has always seemed pretty disgusting to me. The authentic places where you gotta order in Spanish is where it's at. Other than that, Chipotle is decent and I don't know if any of you have Moe's in your area. (I think it's only in the South/Southeast, cheaper version of Chipotle).

PepsiCo owned Taco Bell, and apparently they don't anymore. Taco Bell is now a subsidary of Yum! Foods.
Yum!

Big macs look a ton more like their promos than I am sure that chicken taco looks like its promo. Big macs have one of the most realistic promos of all fast foods because they are served in a box and don't get smashed down like all other fast food.

There's news today about a 5 foot Komodo dragon that escaped in Riverside. The number of people making Taco Bell jokes in the comments is hilarious.
And to the above, Yum! Foods is a spin-off from Pepsico.

I don't know man. It's $6 here for a chicken burrito bowl + tortilla on the side, with free student drink.
Fills me very nicely.

I think most everyone who is concerned about what they put into their body mostly didn't eat taco bell or most fast food to begin with.
|
I'm more concerned about the genetically modified deathfood and the unknown repurcussions of eating all those preservatives.
|
Not going to stop me from eating there. Taco Bell is THE place for fake mexican food, no where else compares with it.

I kind of have a love/hate relationship with Taco Bell. I was really hungry the first time I ever ate there and the food tasted fantastic which set a high expectation that the restaurant has never been able to fulfill on subsequent visits. Some menu items are good, some are really bad. I guess you can't argue that it isn't cheap. I eat there every now and then.
|
I hate chipotle for the fact that its not gourmet food enough like other mexican restaurants yet the price isn't fast food price either. Its the worst combination of both.
Food itself is good though. I like it.
|
I love el pollo loco, but they got rid of my favorite item (jalepeno nachos) so i don't eat there anymore.
