With Curses (and other neut ships) you actually have to have some knowledge of how much total cap a ship has, how many cycles it would take to cap him out, and how long cap regen will take to give him enough for a cycle on various mods.
For example, I know my sentinel takes about 3 to 5 cycles to be sure to cap out a dram
Once you get a ship into 0 cap in the middle of a fight where he would need even a little, it's quite the bitch to regen enough, let alone run a microwarp for more than one cycle.

Well I was flying heavy neut curses for fleet "support" and the 4 reactor control units didn't help with speed.

Building one will also make it cost probably as much as half a mothership or more, but it'll possess more ehp than a carrier, and be able to equip a siege module. Make it happen CCP. Also I'll be like T3 BS announced? Okay, might as well V all 4 races BS now, more than enough time knowing CCP

And than a decade from now, CCP will release the moving space station. It'll cost a few trillion isk, but hey, you can have a true mobile base of operation! (comes complete with death star type beam that one shots towers through reinforce cycles, and can wipe out jump gates for an hour at a time)

Well there are so many damn things CCP has to actually fix with the game, you might as well make 1000 sticky notes, put them on a wall, don a blindfold, and throw a dart at them to guess what they are going to do next.
Also 1/3rd of the notes are "add more broken shit to the game"
