I ( stupidly ) tabbed out in a safe for a short period of time, when i got back i was in 20% shields with a rifter on top of me. A few seconds later a Hurricane landed at 0 on me. thinking it was an AC cane i panicked and tried to burn away from them both and died.
In short, not exactly a fair 1v1.

Game runs on low, so I'm chillaxin' in SCBW.

If EVE players can do orbital strikes on planets with DUST players on it....I do detect a massive amount of potential trolling.

We should try to get DUST players who are part of teamliquid, because knowing most of the FPS community, they are 90% of them are annoying as hell. (not saying they all are btw).
EDIT: migrond's rifter gets EHP and dps than emdars jag (but assuming same skills) so if Emdar wasnt afk he wouldn't have died. Moral of the story is: never afk unless your cloaked/docked.
Also Emdar there is a super special Jag fit that you should know about, basically its awsome.
EDIT2: can we please stop losing expensive frigates please? I know ive lost a slicer but that was one time (mabye twise i forget now) but we have alot of 30mil+ frig deaths which is kinda not good. If you want to suicide a frig use a rifter dammit (even T2 rifters are only 8mil).

Well, that would depend on how many people in the community actually would have the console, and then buy the game. This would be a good candidate for friend invites.
I would be all for having a pirate army type thing, it might be a bunch of extra work depending on how the whole thing works.

Why? Is the whole point of playing a game not to have fun? People can do whatever the hell they want. So what if it makes 'thepropvpefficiency' drop a little? 2 months ago nobody gave a damn about it, and now it seems to be the only thing dominating people's minds.

Just dont lose them needlessly in stupid ways, like losing a assuly frig to a battlecruser or something.
So body shield, im putting true sansha neuts on my Cruor, faction Cruor best Cruor.

My Succubus took a volly from DP's arty Maelstrom, 1/4 shields gone (Moving at regular speed just off his optimal I think). Maybe I should have turned my damage control on.

We actually wanted to do that, but since I was taking so long because I was finishing a plex, we decided it was a bad idea if the rifter left fleet especially when the DD was about to leave. Fortunately that backup plan worked np.

You can run Eve pretty easy on low graphics. But I must admit that running Eve on the highest settings is just beautiful.

Came home after a week of work and logged on. Lost my drake within half an hour of playing because I'm terribad at this game, then got podded too due to lag -_-
So basically what happened was I jumped through into a system, saw 3 blinky reds about 20km off me, so I MWD back to the gate. They start targeting/shooting/web/scramming me but my mwd already has a cycle off so I manage to get on the gate. I then jump through (up to this point I understand what's going on). They then somehow jumped through along with me, despite having agressed me, and started shooting at me. "OK, I'll just burn back to the gate and jump through to the original side I was on" I think to myself. I opened fire (probably my mistake) since these guys all fired/aggroed me already. Upon hitting the gate, it denied me access due to aggression (this part I don't get). So would anyone with a firm grasp of gate and aggro mechanics care to explain to me what I did wrong, and what I should do next time? I thought that if I get aggresed, the aggressor can't jump through the gate with me, which clearly wasn't the case there. Yet when I fired back, I was denied access by the gate, which led to my untimely death. I also spammed the "warp to" button on the first item on my "celestials" overview tab, yet all I got was the "session change already in progress" notification followed by an evemail saying "clone activated." I'm not whining here, just wondering what I did right/wrong and treating it as a learning experience. Oh and wtb full corpfit drake...
