Hey X Atm, I needed to make 2 contracts for the minerals due to limits on the size of the contracts

I mistakenly gave you 13,805 in 425mm guns but didnt make 2 seperate contracts

I only recieved minerals for  7,805.  The remaining 6k in guns I ment to put up as a 2nd contract

as you know, the limit on minerals is 2.1b

Yes, what I'm saying is given the choice I'd rather just keep the minerals. It's nothing personal. It's just I like to weigh the value of each choice on its own and what you are proposing here is that I give you roughly 15b worth of minerals for free. That just doesn't seem like a good idea. I know they are the minerals that should have been the 800mms but I already have the 800mms in a previous decision to accept the contract which left me +15b so to now repay you would take me from my current state to 15b poorer.

No, I'd rather just keep the isk and the minerals and the guns. I don't see this as violating trust especially tbh but if you wish to make a MD forum topic or whatever then I'll understand. I do see where you're coming from, obviously you're out a lot of isk here, but I'm currently up a lot of isk and you're asking me to go down as much as you currently are. I just don't feel strongly enough about fixing your mistake to spend 15b doing it.

I don't see why this should impact our ability to do business. What was profitable for you to do previously is still profitable for you to do. If you wish to end it then I certainly won't be angry at you, I'd completely understand your decision, but as long as we both enter the correct values into contracts I see no reason why we can't continue as before.

If you must end it though it's worth remembering that I can buy 480,000 railgun runs at the price I'm now getting on the WTB forums with the isk I'm saving by not preserving my arrangement with you. So I'm unlikely to be hurting there.

As for my reputation, people can still do business with me although they ought to double check their numbers before hitting go.

Your understanding of opportunity cost is lacking, I would be 12b below where I currently am if I were to give you 12b. Whether or not possessions are earned by your definition of fair plays no part in who controsl them. The minerals are in my hangar, thus they are mine. If they were to be in your hangar rather than mine then this can only be described as a loss.

I have more than enough suppliers although I would like to keep doing business with you if you're willing. If you take greater care in future this issue can be avoided.
