Doesn't power of two only work when starting a new account?

You can transfer a character you already have to a power of two for two PLEX. This plus the three PLEX to make the power of two it costs 5 PLEX for 6 months of game time, so you save a plex.

VoC, confirmed for isk-blobbers. Can't win without using their unlimited war coffers to buy advantages. Would be more impressive if they beat that blob with frigates. Just saying.

You just need standings for a highsec pos, and to put charters in the fuel bay along with the blocks

Seriously thinking about re-subbing. There still a relative newbie friendly group of TL players playing?
I was never super hardcore, and this game would be quite relaxing(ish)

Yes, there is a Gallente faction warfare corp run by TL guys. They run a lot of Tech 1 cruiser and frigate gangs, and there are good ways to make isk in faction warfare. If you decide to resub then jump into the in game channel Hatchery Pub and ask for a Shield Battery recruiter, and they will set you up.

I noticed you can do character transfers, is this a good way to help catch back up to where everyone else is? I was always discouraged by the huge amount of time it took to train to anything interesting.
I had to completely remake my character model... it really has been awhile LOL

It's not a huge train anymore.

Or you do what you should really be doing - start a character to make yourself silly amounts of isk, make silly amounts of isk, and buy a much, much better character than you could train.

Although that is possible, I really hate telling new guys that the best way to fly cool ships is to PvE a massive amount (potentially burning yourself out) and then buying a character. With the newly balanced frigates and cruisers you can fly really awesome ships with low amounts of skillpoints and compete with the veterans.
