Puzzled at what u mean by "mixup/super" after jab short jab tho. I guess you mean going for a throw after its blocked or overhead in 3s | ||

This was posted by freelander a while back but just wanted to chime in to say I love Shonen's Testament. Testa is such a technical and tricky character. There will never be another fighter with the revolutionary character lineup as GG... not in terms of character design and personality, but in terms of gameplay. | ||

Ironically enough, a lot of people switched to Testament in Slash/AC specifically because he is NOT a technical character and all his practical combos/setups can be done with minimal effort. Shonen is like the only player who does the huge combo video combos in real matches but even he just does Badlands loop in AC. Also SF4 "block strings" aren't that great if people hit buttons, since most moves in SF4 have like no blockstun. You wanna do block strings, play CvS2. | ||

You wanna do block strings, play CvS2. i think testa is quite technical in reload/slash.. ok, on one hand, there are characters, like venom, eddie, bridget and dizzy.. but on the other hand he is much more technical and more virtuoso than may or robo-ky. (lol i can't even dare to list Sol here.) AC is a whole new deal though, with forward exe beast (who created this abomination) and shitloops. | ||

I wish I could play a decent Sol though, even though a lot of people think it's ghey, his air loops are awesome. Kusoru's sol is fucking awesome to watch though, reminds me a lot of Kuroda's Akuma. I can improv air combos pretty easily with Slayer (who can't), but landing those clean hits is tough shit for me. Also, thanks to Pachi and H_ for the guide, good stuff. If anyone needs some names translated, like Niga = ニガ and Shonen = 少年／しょうねん, leave a note in this thread. We gotta get our hype up before Blayblew comes out! | ||

I'd love to spam some of the more spectacular videos (clockw0rk vs Dark Prince for $3k after DP called clock a "washed up vet" picked by bias for the East vs West 5v5, JWong MM vs Dark Prince with Wong playing a team randomly picked by the computer) but.. would anyone enjoy em? Strange though, Super Turbo gets a lot of love up here too. Must be an age gap thing. My favorite moment from marvel has to be Demon Hyo vs. Dark Prince though, freaking awesome. I'm still amazed that people from Louisiana can even play guilty gear. They tend to have to drive a solid 2 hours to meet the next best guy :X | ||
