My personal role is that i enjoy babysitters/support/gankers. If i play a babysitter and have no cs but ward the entire game and get my spells off in team fights, im doing decent, but if the carry i babysat gets picked off because of being retarded mid game and has no items come late game, all of what i did is for nothing, and now im just a liability to my team rather than someone who is supporting well.

Could you imagine being a team initiator/ganker if your team never carried tps/went in after you knowing you would do your job? Or being a support player who keeps the map warded/game going in the right direction but eventually lose because the carry you let farm half the game has no items. Eventually you have to have others to depend on to get stuff done because you can't do it all. My personal role is that i enjoy babysitters/support/gankers. Here's when solo matchmaking really comes down to who you get matched with there are the solo players that understand this, so you basically have 5 players who understand their own role -> bam everyone knows what to do and you have a team for one game really love when it happens cuz it shows how the hon community isn't all fags that want to play carry but there are actually cool ppl out there ![]()

Well perhaps if you need to get off all your skills and all your items at once but that's very very rare.

Those items aren't even that bad. Should be enough for a sb with the same farm. A cookiecutter sb has runed axe and maybe frostburn at that moment. I'd say you probably left something out. Also abyssal skull is bad. Can't imagine any supporter getting that ever.

You'd never stack so much survivability on predator unless you're facing a 100% early game 100% nuke team.

The HotBL is probably overdoing it, but nothing wrong with getting Shrunken on Predator IMO. And Abyssal Skull is a fine item but in a weird way - you get it on a support and you'll probably just die anyway and the effect for your carry is lost. Get it on a carry and you could almost always be spending your gold in a better way. I did go it one game where we had a Swift and NH and I was Armadon, failing a lot and not with awesome farm but I wouldn't get instagibbed and could thus stick around to let the carries pull through, seemed fine.

I think that idea got vehemently ridiculed and protested, so he abandoned it.

There are better items for Pred no doubt. I don't like phase boots and hotbl either but at that stage of the game Pred still eats SB for Breakfast if they have the same farm.
