we played game 1 very well too. should watch that replay. game 2, we had a teamfight/late game lineup so we had to rely on both perfect echo slams and Black holes to win and we pulled it off. Lets just say we were the underdogs of this tournament and now we are in the Finals. Both times (ukraine and russia) we beat and they were both the teams that most people thought would win. Pugna has stupidly good damage and his aoe pretty much ensures easy mode farm...you cut off your farm anyways mid game for your carries, but he's pretty easy to last hit and farm with. | ||

Always seems like you end up with a massively tanky alch running around to no avail as his teammates are slaughtered, if they don't succeed in their midgame pushes. | ||

However, that balance shifts between games so there isn't a proper one for across all games and the item priorities shift pretty drastically as well. Think teams need to take more thought in picking that Alch to really bring out that insanely good skill curve Alch has to offer. | ||

Russia had too many ego players to go far. Looks like you guys have a good chance to win. I stopped following comp dota once my friends and I quit playing but it was one of the most fun to follow. Seeing old NA players on sc2 makes me remember  | ||
