only after roaming around everywhere did i figure out you can press the select button and which would put an arrow to all the zone entrance/exit. i just had to go little more south in the town by the shore and voila, there's the next zone where you fight a water creature, leviathan or something if i recall. this is the first game where i learned a lot of english. i swore to my parents all this reading was doing me good.

-FF7 finally, after all those years of those troll bastards teasing us -Fallout 4 -Halo 5 might be worth looking into if they can come back from the clusterfuck that was H4 as a whole, and Reach's multiplayer. -Forza 6 looks oh so sweet -Some degree of backwards compatibility for Xbone -MGS5, potentially the last Kojima involvement in the series -Battlefront 3! -Doom looking pretty badass! I know lots of old fans of the series don't like it ("too Halo-like" and "slow"), but I was never into the first two anyway. I like better the creepiness and gorror that was brought about by Doom 3. -If Rise of the Tomb Raider is good like Reboot, I'll like it a lot -The next South Park game with Trey and Matt on board. Stick of Truth was pretty amazing for a fan of the show, hopefully this one will be as good or better. -Other big name title drops, though I'm not necessarily interested in them: COD (bleh), Street Fighter 5, Gran Turismo 7, Dark Souls 3, Need for Speed, Gears of War, Uncharted, Shenmue, Fable, and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. Nintendo had a pretty disappointing E3 this year IMO. Either I'm just not that into what they are pushing or they are planning on riding Smash, Mario and Zelda along with the 3DS until they reveal their next console. Reading offhandedly today about the FF7 remake made me about lose my shit. It's been going around kotaku and reddit that if Valve announces Half-Life 3 we should keep an eye out for the Apocalypse around the corner.

That was the plan all along, at this point its just, put enough games to keep people entertained but not enough to waste that much money and development. the 3DS line up was much, much better

Something like FF6's system where there's customization by assigning Espers to whoever you want, but everyone also had their exclusive abilities so there's more of a reason to mix up your party. I don't want a bunch of clones come endgame. Being able to equip everyone with more items would also be cool (think FF9). I never liked being limited to just a weapon and accessory with materia slots. Next, I may be wrong about this as I never managed to play any games in the FF13 series, but I'm pretty sure FF9 was the last in FF to feature the overworld (and a damn good one at that). This needs to make a big comeback (or rather stay intact). I loved the exploration and non-linearity this used to provide even if it meant more random encounters when traveling from zone to zone. I'd like them to bring over the hunt system from FF12 as well. That was a brilliant idea that kept the game interesting and non-linear in the midst of a rather dull story. Finally, I said this before, but the game needs super bosses out the ass. FF10 Monster Arena style! edit: oh yeah, and the ultimate weapons need to be more interesting/harder to obtain. Not that they're really needed but I always found it fun trying to hunt them all down just for the hell of it. FF10 did this the best by far in forcing you to not only scour the world for them, but to also play all the mini-games to fully unlock their power.

*Aerith's possible complete storyline (parts were cut due to budget and time constraints and what not) *Tifa's enormous..."bosom"... and how they will defy gravity... now only in HD! *Cloud dressing up as an escort girl as he's about to earn his money by getting "friendly" with the old man.

FF7 & 8's combat systems are hopelessly outdated.

The best we can hope for is for them to rebalance stuff so spamming Cait Sith slots / Tifa powersoul isn't the go to strat for every fight regardless of where you are in the game.
