Sounds to me as though the whole point of these horrible experiences is Valves way of encouraging people to form teams.

I mean think about it, how much more shit do you want to put up with, until you finally decide form a proper team, with people who know what the fuck they are doing. CS:GO MM Is quite literally a type of hell... occasionally you come up to the surface and have some good games, but as sure as shit, your ass gets dragged back into the pits of cheaters, trolls, morons and douchebags.

Finding a proper team would be CS:GO Heaven. Smile down at the idiots below you in MM hell. : )

I love people who play the game game like 2-3h in 2 weeks but when they play, they need to play comp. Not to mention that those players are on 0/0/11 after first half and a fuckin' bot would be more useful. Welcome to silver league.

No, I looked up his profile and there was shown that he played 2.3h in the past 2 weeks and had a total playtime of around 45h. I asked him (without any kind of bm) why he is playing comp when he invests almost no time in playing CS but, as for the match in general, he refused to communicate in any way :/

Was really close to GN4 I think and then lost 3 in a row. 2 of those games were dominated by people where we couldn't tell if they were hacking or 'just' smurfing (brand new accounts and everything). MM is absolute garbage after sales.

When people more or less don't play the game they should go and play casual/DM/community-server or whatever and not ruin the experience for people that try to rank up. It's not forbidden but a waste of time just being ballast to the team and I guess not a good experience, too. I have no problem with someone (in comp) that plays not really good as long as he tries to make something work/to play in team/to communicate and actually plays the game.

6 game winning streak finally -> rank up. Go on a 3 game losing streak -> derank. DAMMIT! Its not my fault I get guys who deagle only and do poorly, people who go AFK, or people who have played previously before and just grief each other nonstop causing us to lose.

This grind is too real. I need to be more consistent and able to carry a heavy team on my back.

About the people saying that those who play casually shouldn't queue for competitive games because it "ruins the experience for those who try to rank up".... If you play in the same league as people who rarely play, perhaps you're the problem. Perhaps you wouldn't be playing there if you were better than the people who play casually.

People have a very superstitious outlook on ELO systems and other such ranking systems for team games. I assure you, the world is not out to get ye'. If you've played a bunch of games and you can't rank up, it's because you're not good enough. Realize that other teams have casuals and AFKers too, and griefers and idiots of all kinds. If you were good enough, you'd win anyway just like your opponents do

Anyway I just came here to say I'm super bad lately and FML. Have a nice day.

My turn! I'm in Silver 3 and I'm okay with that. But what I hate is when someone in my skill level top frags (nothing special, just 2-3 frags ahead of the next guy) and whines about how he's still in silver 3. Then he makes Silver 3 level decisions like dying while reloading when he has an almost full mag.

So yesterday I was playing a game with a friend. Suddenly after 6 round i get disconnected with a VAC error warning. I quickly restart my pc because the solutions given by the support thread don't work, I reboot my pc, boot up CS GO, reconnect to the match only to be dc'ed again and receive a 7 day competetive matchmaking cooldown because of an issue on Valve's end. And when I contact them about it I get an automated message that they can't do shit about it. So now I have to wait a week before I can play CS go competetive again

fucking piece of shit valve.
