You just have to use your own judgement. A lot of times not saying anything would be wrong but saying what you want to say is maybe a little too much. I personally think it's better to call in these situations because having someone talk a sentence too much ingame is better than them not saying anything but yeah... it's tricky. As far as giving tips is concerned, I'm also not sure personally. I generally don't. When I see a CT teammate defend a bombsite and peeking, I will not use voice comm to tell them, simply because I feel it doesn't generally work. I let them play like they play and hope they still kinda know what they're doing and have found a way to make their playstyle work. If you do tell them to "not peek", "play this spot" etc. then the reaction, in my experience, is almost always negative because you're putting yourself above them. Every now and then it can work but even if they do follow your advice right then and there, it's usually just that round. The real learning and understanding that these players are missing is hardly going to take place from a random teammate's advice, it's something they would have to think about more in general. Just my two cents of course. Maybe I'm being overly passive on "ingame coaching". I myself definitely follow reasonable advice when it's given to me over voice comm. | ||

2 losses later with the second one having blatant fucking hackers I drop back to MG2 sure valve, whatever you fucking say. how's your VAC system coming along btw, must be nice to have 2 developers working on it while everyone else does skins | ||

Now im back MG1... 30 minutes ago im winning a game 11-4, disconnect, i get back in the game except i see the map like im spectator and when i press tab the bot is still there instead of me...i try reconnecting again and see this : + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/op2G4xF.jpg) didn't reconnect in time, 30 minutes cooldown thx valve gj doing that when i actually win games | ||

Other guy rages, and Tks for the next 5 rounds. We lose the 4v5 eco and the next 4 4v5 rounds. We actually start making a comeback despite this douche, so he starts playing (he's bottom fragging, of course). On T side, we win pistol and the game is dead even at 12 rounds each. We lose a round, with plenty of money to buy. He TKs and leaves. We lose 4v5 T mirage, because that's unwinnable. What sort of basement dwelling loser rages for an hour from one team frag? Granted, it was stupid of the guy to do but still? Who gets *that* mad? What sort of life does this terrible person lead? | ||

I.e, in one recent game I was in a team with 4 stack they think they can do whatever they want including kicking a person without any reason. I said A in dust 2 T side in first pistol round. They insist on going B, the opponent smoked the B doors and trashed us easily. I knew this is going to happen, so I mention my worry about not to go B in pistol round and complain about the decision. I didn't knew they were stacked at this point, one guy said he muted me and said some not-so-good things and the other said they can kick me if they want. I asked for a kick cause I don't want to play with those arrogant bastards. They didn't kick me, but I lose my interest to the game. I troll a lot, team headshot some without killing, even grab some mvp's because the other team sucked hard out of boredom. Later on I got kicked from the game from dealing too much damage to teammates. It was late already so I left CS without worrying about the competitive cooldown. I mean, being 4 stack doesn't give any privilege for being a douche and you don't have any right to make the game worse for your teammates. If there is one thing Childish, this is being the douche at the very beginning. | ||

2nd or 3rd round, it's me with usp, no armor, no nades 1v5 vs smgs with the bomb planted on B. I decide to hide in heaven and maybe get a exit kill or a kill vs someone who is greedy and goes looking for me. Team keeps screaming at me it is B and not A and before the round ends kick me. | ||
