2. http://www.quake1dm.com/proquake/glpro350.zip - Install to quake folder. ProQuake is a client with advanced functionality and stops cheating.
3. http://www.quake1dm.com/proquake/qsecurity.dll - This works with PQ to allow you to connect to Cheat-Free servers.
4. http://download.yousendit.com/CA37087F4CB69E46 - This file goes in the ID1 folder. This is my config with all the tweaks. Just change it to suit your prefered movement/weapon setup.

6. http://www.quakeone.com/index.php?ind=servers - Use this page to find a server near you with people! (US and CAN players will want to play at quake.crmod.com(DM),rage.quakeone.com&chi.nailed.org(clan arena), quake.shmack.net(runequake).
7. READY TO PLAY? PQ Launcher -> Plain start -> hit "`" to bring down the console. Type "exec cfg.cfg" then "connect serverhere.com"

they tried to make a remake for unreal2005 but it wasnt all that good.. and barely had any poeple playing besides me and a few of the makers
