We'll put settings at EA, latest Worthy Heroes, HoF expanded. Throne count will be pretty higher than average to spice things up. Water nations are banned to make things easier.
Standard Rules:
No blood hunting during sieged forts/UW, no undisciplined scripting, no flier raiding.
IN GAME DIPLOMACY MESSAGING ONLY. Do NOT tell anyone which nation you are.
Trade deals are BINDING. All other deals in game are NOT.
This is a casual game but high commitment.

Is there a rule regarding naming your pretender? I guess just name it something that doesn't make it obvious that it's me to the people who know me? So probably no "Neko-chan" or something like that

Yeah, just make it something not obvious, even for those that know you or played with you in TL1. I won't use a Goplayer name this time either :D

*game update. People should try to send their pretenders in by now. Somebody did request an extension for the weekend as he'll be gone for a lanparty so I'll set the first turn to extend till Monday and then go from there.

TeamliquidRand1 will be extended for the weekend as one player had a family emergency. (Extension will start Saturday so doesn't apply for current turn!)

Just curious, is it normal that a Turn has a 12 hours deadline?

all turns except the first one(that had 48h) had a 24h deadline. But the turn is hosted as soon as everyone has uploaded their 2h-file and then the next 24h are started.

Yep as mahrgell pointed out, it's set on quick host so the turn processes as soon as all the turns are received.

I'm extending TLRand1 current turn by 24 hours in case of patch issues.

TLRand1 turn cycles are now being changed to 36/hr turn intervals.

gTank: Send a PM to KissBlade mentioning which two nations you don't want to play (water nations are banned this time so no need to think about them). Then I guess we'll get our nations when we have a full list of players.

Please do not keep checking Teamliquid5's page for how many pretenders are submitted It'll give away who's who too early. Just be patient and I'll announce when game time starts!
Similarly, don't post about submitting your pretender either! I'll extend till all 10 pretenders are submitted but please submit when you can! Dont' delay!

Keep in mind, you could always request deadline extensions in the future. We're very liberal about granting them. (You can always send a TL pm to the game host or try to catch them on Skype). Also, feel free to join our chats on Skype and ask questions, etc about the game. There's no reason to be shy as everyone is very friendly and open about questions. Dominions is very difficult for a new player to break into so it's normal to need a lot of help to figure out the game.
