No they can't. You can't even make the base alchy stone that you have to upgrade through the Alchy building. They are absolutely expensive but not for the right reasons: herbs aren't required, it's catalysts (the daily thing) and Savage Bloods, which are already expensive.

A lvl 1 alchemist can craft the new trinkets, they just get less catalysts from work orders and dailies.

Is there actually any difference between lvl 100 dungeons on normal and hc dungeons? or are Iron docks/Skyreach simply the easiest hcs, because man I felt more powerful there than in UBRS/Grimrail on normal..

As a tank it is very noticeable that the mobs in UBRS/Grimrail do significantly more damage compared to all the other heroics.

As a healer I notice more damage in skyreach / iron docks... Maybe it is just more tank damage in UBRS?

Having only tanked HCs as Blood DK, I don't think that any of them really are very damage heavy. Grimrail is really the only one(them flamethrowers). I don't see the issue with UBRS, could pull multiple packs just fine even at ~630.
Speaking of issues, While leveling I sure love them premade rogues speeding ahead and 2-maning all the bosses in a way that I don't get quest credit. Just /sit for 20min(because it takes forever) until they clear the dungeon. I guess some people think that it's fun clearing a dungeon slower and getting far less exp while ruining everyone else's experience, whatever.

I just leveled up a Drood and I tanked most of them without one death at iLvl ~610-615.

what can my guild do to make mythic tectus more reliable? it seems like a vast majority of our wipes were RNG or some other crazy shit.
I'm sure that's not true, but what a sad night of wipes.

Priest (Forums / Skills / WoD Talent Calculator) Talents Auspicious Spirits (Shadow) no longer cause Shadowy Apparitions to not deal damage. Instead, it now increases Shadowy Apparition damage by 100% in addition to still granting 1 Shadow Orb. Clarity of Purpose's (Holy) healing has increased by 20%. Divine Star (Shadow) damage increased by 20%. Mindbender lasts for 20 seconds (up from 15 seconds). Saving Grace (Discipline, Holy) healing has increased by 50%, but now reduces future healing dealt by 15% (up from 10%). Additionally, the talent is now Instant, but its effectiveness is reduced while in PvP combat. Surge of Darkness now has a 12% chance to trigger (up from 10%). Void Entropy (Shadow) damage increased by 80%. Void Tendrils' health has increased by 30%.

Also, transferred to new guild, friends I was raiding with quit (too much shit going on). Got Heroic Imperator down in about 6 attempts with a 90 second improvement in time over the previous guild. Sadly a bit late to the mythic train but hopefully still gonna get that Cutting Edge before the next tier.
