Hunter MM is kind of stupid atm, in both pve and pvp they do top 3 damage. They have really good utility, can provide any buff/debuff you may want / is lacking in the group. In PvP they got some of their CC toned down but none of their kitting tools got touched, and some even got better, so Hunter is also the only ranged able to get melee off them easily. In arena so far I feel any Melee + Hunter + Healer is a insane team.
I fear getting nerfed. =(

Unless they tone down feral and ret, I have little hopes for this arena season.
At least it won't be a wizards paradise, hopefully.

Rogue seems to do fineish, not amazing but not extremely bad either I have a feeling that with better and proper gear I can do so much more, MM hunters and rets are super strong though even without strong gear. For now im just building 2 sets, one for HCs/CM clearing(combat) and trying to make a set for subletly that I will use for raiding.
Warlocks feel the weakest out of all and I think mage after that.

Should just load up season 8 arena with no pve gear when you go into que. Would solve so many problems blizzards put on them selves

I feel like Barage is often why. That ability is an insane dps boost without gear.,

I really wish they would buff warriors so Fury/Arms could do competitive DPS, bc glad is just fucking ridiculous

Omg, me and my friends were doing Leeroy yesterday and the little fukker died on Beast, cause he ran into fire. We were so close it was pretty annoying to see him die to random flame path left by boss in the wrong place. Well, today he's going into my follower tab!

I've been using subtlety for everything so far cause I can't make combat work. I probably need some more haste items, but still, it's like night and day difference, especially on bosses. Plus, combat has so few buttons to press and keep track of it's kinda unsettling, and I always have a feeling like I'm forgetting something. All in all though I think rogue is in a pretty good spot so far, and very fun in subtlety.

Combat is vastly superior for clearing HC (thrash) which is what is important, Killing Spree is extremely strong with Blade Flurry. Yes the spec is boring and subletly is 100x more fun but its a lot more effective then multi rupturing. Subletly is better on single target.

Selfishly, I hope they don't touch anything this season, feral druids need their time to reign! Kitty cleave is so much fun to run, and huntards don't scale as well with gear so I don't think KFC will be an issue, and locks got hit with the nerfbat so RLS and MLS won't be the top two arena comps (at least not by as far as they were).
Given how fast I was able to get all the honor gear, I'll be going into Arena Season 16 on even footing. Looks like I'll be able to get 2300 in season 16 and if I get a good team I'll shoot for 2700 in season 17. Might have to swap classes though if ferals gets nerfed, I've got my holy pally at 100 with a couple pieces of honor gear, and I have a level 90 mage on the server as well.

Looking forward to raiding Going to be redoing my entire UI (I've been using some compilation thingey which just isn't working for me).
Any addons you guys really recommend using (I've been out of WoW for 2-3 years).

Is there a way to change the default blizz ui to % health? or do i need to get xperl or something?

Right to busy to read over the weekend so just read 119 posts :D Some nice discussion going on for once though (compared to MoP thread that is, god that was bad)
AoE dps is broken though by a mile. My friend gearing his hunter, 608ilvl in hc (had things in bag to boost up) i was on my frost. He was bursting 80k beast cleave LOL i doing 60k aoe as well but was like 10illv higher, I mean wtf lol.
But then for BM to be terrible on single target again. It is so funny xD
On Molten Core we did a 40man pre made group, was half of my guild and some guild from Tarren Mill, still took us 2hours to run that place due to the trash. I also get kinda tired with how raid bosses seem to be 100% easier than trash. I mean why do blizzard do that lol. I know this is MC and an anniversary stroll down memory lane and such but why does the trash hit like a truck and require a 1% of your brain to kill whereas the boss you can literally do what you did in vanilla and afk it and come back and its dead. Oh well, was fun though. Oh im also annoyed that one of the best looking mounts in the game, the core hound is going to be used by so many people in the game. It is SUCH a nice looking mount but everyone is going to get it because it just requires "patience". Would prefered that to be the Highmaul Mythic last boss reward so it can be more special.
Other than that i spent my weekend farming heroics and grinding out missions for my followers. Also downloaded a useful addon; Follower Locator Addon Does what it says, when you team it up with TomTom you basically look through the UI for a follower you want and type in co ords and go find it.
I got a level 100 arch mage and the resto shaman from spires of arak. Then hunted down some specific trait followers to dump in my profession buildings aka scribes quarter tailoring and forge. Gives chance for bonus loot from work orders and also can give you other things. For example Ahn the dranei follower you get early on from a quest is an Enchanting specialization person. Put him in enchanters building and at level 2 HE gives you access to the trasnmog enchants for your weapons, aka Mongoose. So i have been walking round with mongoose x2 on my weapons for the last week xD
Also scribes quarter was a very easy way to make gold and still is but wont be for to much longer. Making a random darkmoon faire card can get you anywhere between 1k-20k depending on what set it is. But this will eventually crash due to how many cards are around and how many people have already got said trinkets now. Afaik, melee dps trinket is bis for both warriors ret dk rogue and monks. Where as the spell caster one is only useful for certain classes. It is pretty shite for mages and i think just about ok for Warlocks. The tank one is pretty bad but if you could afford it is it worth. Healer one i don't know i haven't asked or seen about that one.
Other than that im trying to level lots of my followers to level 100 to get war mill level 3 and barracks level 3. Pretty time consuming though as well spamming heroics as i said. Fun times :D Will aim to get my priest to 100 by friday as well.
So much to do so little time :D
Oh and on the questing side, i was watching the GM of method stream to 100 and he was doing the cut scene quests for each zone and wow, the cinematics are just stupidly good. Going to have to do that myself some time too. Blizzard REALLY excelled on the RP side to questing as well, not only with better quests in general. Really looking forward to how this expansions plays out, such a high bar to begin with.

Arch mage? In Arak you get the cat shaman, goblin rogue from the quest line in the south, arakkoa shadow priest, benjamin gibb from the ghost garrison and dark ranger velonara or weirdo robot ziri'ak depending on your outpost choice, but can't remember any archmages being there :D
Also Bony Xuk wins the award for the best npc of WoD
I finally found a big flaw in WoD that really bothers me - reputation grinds. While you can get some reputation with frostwolves and arrakoa during quests the only way to get it is mindless grind. The worst is Laughing Skull, you start at friendly and the only way to raise it is killing mobs in a certain area until you get 39k rep points. Which is really annoying cause I'm all about collecting followers, but need revered with those factions to buy them And 3 exalted reps to get level 3 trading post.

Even if you end up doing it yourself with a bunch of different addons you'll get to see a lot of cool features that make life easier, and if you're into scripting lua you can fork Tuk UI and make whatever changes you please.
My current setup is Tuk UI + Grid + Quartz + Gladius + TidyPlates (threat plates and omen for tanking)
I won't bother posting a screenshot as it basically looks like standard tuk UI with the unit frames moved a bit due to my screen size (27" 2650x1440)
Here's a screenshot of my old UI (tbc/wrath):
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/UuB18QT.jpg) It was a combo of xperl and grid and quartz with ton of other shit thrown on top. Someone made it into a pack at some point on curse, dunno if it's still there.

The resto shaman is in Arak sorry the Arch mage you have to collect 4 items from all over draenor. Sorry for the confusion it is the way i type things xD
Arch Mage is level 100, you find his ring, staff, robes and boots. Then you take them to legendary quest place Khaggar is it in Talador he is level 100 reason i wanted him. Resto shaman is in a cave at top of mountain in Spires in the middle part of the map. You just rescue him from inside cave and he comes at level 97. I wanted the healer for eventually level 100 raid missions i send my followers on i will need him i think. I have the ele shaman you're on about though and benjy gibb because he is the only follower in game with scribe trait. (well one you can find, i know you can ask your "inn" to find you followers with specific traits)
That is why this addon is good, you can see all the level 100 followers you can get around Draenor to add to your team as well as others for specific moves or traits.
