Divekick top 8 after skullgirls! http://Twitch.tv/srkevo2 It's on the downtime graphic at the minute so I'm not sure if skullgirls is over or not started yet. I think over though.

It raised $829,000 from community funds for a reason! A lot of people especially big community figures acknowledge it and donated even though they don't play it. It's sadly in the same case as most high level fighting games that aren't Capcom fighters. So many great games die because it doesn't appeal to the mainstream audience and is flat out ignored. You got Virtua Fighter, Tekken 6, Vampire Savior, Skullgirls, Numerous KoF games, and Smash to an extent.

I think you still may be able to throw down 36 dollars or something and be able to get a redeemable Steam code to play the current beta. Though I'm not too sure if you're still able to. If you do pick it up, you can add Elemenope on steam, and I'll be down to play some once they add player lobbies in the coming few weeks.

His tools are easy to do, but at the highest level, he's the hardest to use because to be effective with him, you have to have the best intangibles (game sense, zoning, etc) Chris G places not because of Morrigan/Doom, it's because he's got skills outside of Morrigan/Doom that make him good. M/D just makes him that much harder to beat.

Sure there are a few, but I'm not as impressed because I feel they're not playing it correctly, helix, xian, alioune and all the other names thrown in there using their own morrigan tech don't impress me despite what they can do with her, but I guess its kinda unfair to compare them to Chris G. Guess we could leave it at that. EDIT: Placing top 8 at a number of games at EVO is more like a "Justin Wong." He's been doing it long before Chris ![]()

He is very consistent and very good, not really that unexpected, the difference is that hes not the favorite to win any of the games, although he might. If Eita can't take MvC3 I'm rooting for him.
