Google it and buy it or trial it from the official site.
I found it on a torrent site, awesome game. I'm playing on the non veteran mode so it's pretty easy, but I plan to play the vet mode too. I usually beat each level with like 5000 cogs banked. I already see the strategy of overcharging and misplacing cogmakers and detonating them and replace them with other cog makers or attack machines etc. And the zapper etc is a great concept.
The only level I lost on so far is the insane challenge with all the shields and troopers and you have 2 cows (and I only lost because misplaced bombs, overusing zapper to break, accuracy mistakes).
Great game, I wouldn't call it better than PvZ just yet, but it's definitely of the same vein and I love it and my nephew when he sees it is going to love it.
Weird, I thought I posted this already but I guess I didn't. There's a guy here who already did a 'Let's play PvZ 2' on YT: (it's the iphone release from over a month ago)
I've watched most of his play through. I'm REALLY excited about this game. The new plants are awesome and I like the gimmicks of each world. The western world looks by far the best with the rail carts.

I agree, but they probably know that it's much less revenue on pc due to easier piracy. On that note, try BPE if you haven't already. It may hold you over a while. I've been doing every level and getting all the achievements on YT if you wanna check it out: http://www.youtube.com/user/Spore5006/videos
I'm going to finish up the rest of the Winter on Veteran mode right now.
Does anyone play PvZ Adventures on FB? I need to add friends on there because I have trouble passing the cop cars and shit. More gifts to give out and receive is nice too. PM me your info so we can add each other.
Just played this for a few hours. It's addicting but some of the challenges require you to not use any sun for 90 seconds. The SC equivalent would be "don't build any scvs or buildings for 90 seconds". It cuts your sun to half the cumulative total and forces you to use coins to kill zombies.
Also it is damn near impossible to farm keys to open the gates so you can unlock all the levels.
These really take away from the fun of the game. If you can, try to get a cracked version if one exists. One where all costs are removed from the game.
Finally got a smart phone from a friend and installed PVZ2, it runs so slowly on the galaxy note and I hate this small display and touch crap. Why no PC version still is a straight dickmove. Those dicks. the facebook game gets boring, and it lags and is buggy as hell too. You basically get to literal roadblocks that you can't pass unless you have friends 'help you' pass them, which is basically just them trying to get you to get friends to play and everyone hates being pestered by game apps on fb.
Anyway, the PVZ2 game seems cool but the real reason I am updating is because this easter egg I just noticed. Many are already aware that LAURA SHIGIHARA from the original game was a fan of SC and here is another homage to it:
edit- man I really hate playing this game on this tiny screen with my finger. So clumsy and inefficient. It has crazy graphics too and it lags, even though you can't even make out the stuff. It's kind of useless. Phone gets really hot too and is awkward to hold etc.
I tried to look up info on what you can do with coins, and gems, and keys, and etc. And all I can find are old videos and/or different platform (IOS) which seems to be an entirely different game. I see this pinch ability, star collecting, even the background and story seem to be a bit different. Some versions have this >> button too, I don't understand why/not?
