Having a nonstop crunch of weeks at a time is a different issue and not what I was thinking of when I was saying the things. I also think that nobody here knows what it's like to work at CDPR, and all we have is either rumors or, stuff blown out of proportion to make the company look bad. I think there's a much larger chance that a special snowflake or two were working in the company at decided to complain, and the media just eat that up like hotcakes. It doesn't mean that such issues do not persist, I just don't believe they're as bad as they're made out to be, otherwise we'd have a much larger scandal by now.
My friend works at CDPR so I have first hand gossip sometimes

Am I outdated or are you insane. Game looks amazing. Sure you can get a lot better graphics in small map of some kind but to have open world like this with this many details - insane imho.

I think the demo looks impressive, but it is an unfinished product that won’t be playable for two years at least. It is a long way from being a reality.

Looks pretty good if you ask me. I don't get excited about games releases anymore, but this one made the trick.

Either numbers or a healthbar just to know how much damage is being dealt, but not both. Clutter imo. The dialogue seems a bit stiff IMO, could be a bit more natural and believably delivered.
That's pretty much it. Everything else looks good. The world has repetitive characters walking about. Could increase the base a 10-20 to vary how frequently we see Mr Cool Pink Shorts.
I would imagine the UI would work like the Witcher 3's does. It lets you toggle almost anything to decrease clutter and increase immersion. + Show Spoiler +

But I'm glad they have that. Thanks for the link. We'll see next E3. I expect a 2019 release date.

The game is still in Alpha version I believe. So it would be a safe bet that 2020 is the release date, though they could reveal it at next year's E3.

Sounds about right. Their producer did mention that the game is playable from start to finish, but still no release date.

Only checked this out now. Look sooooo promising I am worried it won't live up to it. Might be the first AAA title I'll consider in like 10 years.
Time for a PC upgrade next year I guess.

WItcher 3 was suprisingly good in terms of optimization, You didnt need super strong computer unless You wanted to play with ultra details. If they keep it that way You wont need super powerfull machine. Just decent one.

I would primarily play this for the worldbuilding and immersion. No point skimping on hardware and then miss out on the gorgeous environment the demo was showing.
But, let's wait and see.

I didn't think I would get super hyped for this game. I was kinda looking forward to it before, but then lost that hype and wasn't sure I would even care about a cyberpunk world. Boy am I wrong, that gameplay was amazing and am super hyped for this game now. I hope it's like the witcher 3 and lives up to the hype. I am just impressed with everything I saw and can't wait to see more (well play it!)

very cool. Looking forward to the game.

The world building looks great. The character building combined with combat does not look like as great so far.

I only saw 20 minutes of the video rhey showed, but I have to say that graphically, this is one of the most detailed and beautiful games I've ever seen for how large its scope is. I do think the writing could use some tuning though. It just doesn't sound like these are actual conversations people would have. Sounds like it's actors talking. I sorta felt the same with The Witcher series. It's not enough to make me reconsider buying the game when it comes out, but it is a minor complaint I have.
Overall I can't wait to see the final result

Dialogues are, surprisingly, pretty weak point, thou. With the exception of Dum Dum (who I liked for his short life time - RIP, dear stinker), all characters lines are "meh". The main character is the strange mix of ok "punky" lines and awfull lines (almoust all dialogue with ripperdoc). Samurai Jack is not that inconsistent thou, I can with full responsibility call his lines bad and cheese. He also speech like he looks - a complete moron. Corpo bitch is, with no surprise, an textbook alpha bitch. Strange that she went so far in the Militec, since I doub that with such a mindset and eloqvecy she could get promotion by jumping on her bosses di... bed. Maybe in late 21st its requirement in CV, I don't know...
Combat looks ok. I didnt expect revolution.

Overall I can't wait to see the final result I agree the writing feels awkward, which is strange because I thought it was really good in the Witcher. Every character I encountered in W3 no matter how minor felt completely believable to me. So I think its strange that it looks like they might have issues with it now.

TBH english dubbing and lines of every Witcher game are magnitude worse than original PL version, and sounds awkward, with the exception of Hearts of Stone - wich did really good job with that.
