We can afford the settlers and tech through raiding. Raiding is a lot more profitable than resource fields (that doesn't mean ignore the resource fields though). And btw, since my rax and stables are running 24/7 your estimate of my army was like what it was 5 days ago =p | ||

Teutons just raid and upgrade their fields and expand if you can. Help your alliance members with their tech if you feel generous. Romans need to strive for an Imp and Catapult army while Gauls go for heavy calvary. AK-Nemesis or someone, do a contrast between Haeduan and Teuton Knight. My guess is that Haed still provide an edge over the Knight. Anihc, did you bother to upgrade your rax at all to decrease clubber production time? | ||

actually, the thing about TK is that they are a lot cheaper than Haeduan and have more offensive power. Maybe the slower speed will affect them but having them traveling with catapults will make speed useless. So generally, TKs are better than Haeduans. Haeduans do have really good defence against calvary per crop tho... holy shit now you think about it, gaul is shitty race, teutons are IMBA!! i am deleting my village and restarting as a teuton :-( | ||

Romans: Imp/Cata Teutons: Mass clubbers ==> Clubber/TK/maybe siege What are you going for as Gaul? I still say Gauls should stick with Calvary. Infantry isn't really an option and your siege is damn expensive. :O | ||

Yes, I did upgrade my rax, but only to lvl 5. Now that I think of it, I probably should keep upping it, although with an increasing army it's taking an increasing amount of time to do my raids. Sometimes I might not even have enough time to give orders to all my units. | ||

our seige weapons aren't THAT much more expensive, jsut a few hundred more wood and 500 more food i think... those are ok to deal with... the good thing is, we have pretty decent defenders against both calvary and infantry... also, i still believe 1 roman + 1 gaul troop combination is better than 2 teutons | ||
