I should put in high STA / low ATK followers to make sure they survive and does not kill off the opponent's high size followers.
Any suggestions are welcome.

To avoid killing off opponent's high size followers you could run deactivation cards like pacifism, wind slash, entry denied, comfort.

TL/SG: Qaatar/Quane Edit: Don't know if anyone else is annoyed by the resolution of the Flash player. The text is tiny, and there's no way that I can enlarge or magnify the window without using a program like SwiffOut, which temporarily applies the window resolution of SG to my system. Not very helpful, since I'm also multitasking, and can't handle 800x600 windows of other programs while I'm running SG. Perhaps anyone here has a different solution?

I didn't see the option to back out and adjust my deck first, so it was pointless to try again using Child. It was my fault of course; I definitely should have read up on the boss first before attempting him.

Now I have to go through 30 levels of that dungeon again. just keep playing followers instead of buffing single followers. Swarm baby swarm.

He was actually really easy once I swapped out Child for any other character. All I had to do was play a follower smaller than size 6 in slots 2 and/or 4, and keep either 1, 3, or 5 cards in my hand. Since he doesn't have swap spell, and a follower smaller than 6 isn't affected by Mother Demon, I just snowballed that one follower and it destroys him in 6-8 turns.

Good luck then ![]() Yup. ![]() When I started a few days ago, I did all of the quests that rewarded tokens, then spent 10 bucks to buy 1000 for just enough to get the deluxe starter pack in order to obtain Child Sigma asap. I've been grinding dungeons ever since. Child is apparently really strong for semi-afk mindless dungeon grind while I multitask. ![]() Just trying to gather enough resources for some good rares, then I'm going to start PvP'ing.

On another note, blue cross decks are about to get really really strong. Also the silver booster is bugged right now in a rather advantageous manner. If you get the bronze booster first, and you then get a silver booster, you get a flare. I've gotten 8 in a row now. All 7 point uncommons. Not a bad deal.

I'm also trying to get Hero Luthica as well. What else would I need? Or, is it just a problem with Crux in the current metagame? Many have been complaining about Crux as being underpowered in high DP PvP.

Or, is it just a problem with Crux in the current metagame? Many have been complaining about Crux as being underpowered in high DP PvP. The main problem is that crux really doesn't have a path to victory at 200-250 dp. It's just way too easy to shut down an uberbuffed follower as any other faction. Even as far as buffs go, vita and dl both have ways of matching your buffs straight up. As far as swarming goes, you are at a pretty decent advantage under 150 dp. Once you get above that, you can include too much removal into your deck and suddenly swarms fall to a well-placed crackdown/misfit/fatal blow/mass recall/etc...

Mass Recall is awful though. Meteor Call is painful too. Could try Brilliant Brain, but it likely isn't worth it. Dress Luthica is awesome for swarms. Sentry's Testimony (Knight Swarm) and Quick Service are too. (Actually Quick Service is awesome in general). Sinclair is a good rare to start with. Great all-rounder.

Also I finally bothered with clearing a dungeon other than Nold one, got ton of rewards for beating the Bamboo dungeon, is this a first time kill thing only or do you get a lot of rewards each clear?

Of course, the other obstacle is that the Hero card alone is going to require weeks of grind. Ty for the advice guys. The rewards for each Dungeon doubles after your 10th clear (when you get the boss card). This is a good information thread on dungeons in general: http://www.swordgirlsonline.com/forum/showthread.php?2457-Boss-Decks-and-Rewards
