Its a crazy world when the Cowboys and Redskins fans join the same cause in the NFL. Also I cannot wait to see the hilarity of the NFL's defense.
Along the same lines, maybe someone to tell Mara to quiet down before he gives the NLFPA the collusion ammo they need to re-open their complaint against the league:

QBs, WR, and TE are a much harder thing to come by and will be making the big bucks now. It's sad because Forte had such a break out season but look at teams like NO and NE. No high paid star RB. and teams like TEN, HOU, STL....etc. did what exactly? Even MIN, Sure Houston made the play off but with Schaub gone they were just a shell of their former selves.
Forte is just another example of teams that think running backs are replaceable. It may be a passing league, but nothing can replace a really good running back. Just ask the Texans, who are suddenly relevant post Arian Foster and with a good defense, or the Titans who saw what their team looks like without a dominant CJ.
Cutler has a good arm, but is a mediocre QB when it comes to winning. Anyone who thinks it wasn't Forte who carried that team last year is delusional. That team has no chance of making the playoffs without him.
And saying TE's are harder to come by is laughable. There are so many good TE's in the league now that it is absolutely no problem to find one that can run routes and catch the ball. Are they all like Gronkowski or Graham? No...of course not. But there are plenty good ones out there.
In three out of the last four years, the team with the worst rushing offense reached the Super Bowl, with the Giants winning it all last year.
Platoons are too dominant to justify paying any running back a load of money. It's an easy position to just draft a low rounder or pick up an undrafted free agent off the street and have them do reasonably well. It's also the easiest position for rookies to learn.

One year rental of a good team. I think that might be right up Parcells' alley. He seems to like to wander around the NFL picking up teams for a few years and exiting out.
Parcells is an oddball with commitment issues lol. Great coach, but he could never settle down and run one team (kind of like me in Madden, but you know... irl).
The Niners signed Brandon Jacobs which hits me as odd since they already have a big RB who can't hit the hole hard (Boobie Dixon, who's also way younger than Jacobs). They've also made a lot of "questionable character" signings... makes me thing Harbaugh is confident/borderline cocky that he can handle all these egos. Should be an interesting year next year for them.
oh god and i was so excited about the o-line this year. at least whoever replaces him will walk into something with a bit of stability. And I Guess we needed to find a long term successor to Peters anyway.

I like the Seahawks new jersey. Being from Oregon and being far to familiar with Nike, I'm surprised they didn't go more over the top with a lot of these.
Things sure slowed down, when Manning and Tebow found teams. To now be discussing NFL fashion. Draft day can't come soon enough.
