Where I can't agree w/ u on, is that FFX was one "of the worst" in the series. Thats obsurd. Besides 7, 10 is prolly the next best i've ever played. The story was absolutely one of a kind, I thought, with tremendous ups n downs and the ending was surprising. Granted, all aspects of FFX weren't amazing. Some of the voice acting that correlated to the facial expressions of the chracters didn't sync up perfectly, voice acting itself was kinda dry at times but it was the 1st of the series to bring about voice acting at all - which was a milestone and has been improved upon through each title. The battle system, although somewhat old (going back to the turn-based system) was still exciting and new with the ability to tag-out to other members, rather than having a set 3 or 4 characters to use, only.. Also adding in the new Aeon ability to have the summons as playable characters rather than just a one-time use animation, an aspect that they have now still employed in other FF's like 12 + 13.
So I for one, am fully excited to see, really any FF remade with the graphics of the PS3.
