If I chain in a pack of mobs Mind Drinker does help a lot with mana, as I haven't got any mana leech on gear currently, I tested it. Without Power Charge duration they would drop more often, if I get better gear and generate them quicker I will spec out of that but atm I need it to play smoothly.
I'm not sure about Inner Force either, so probably Charisma.

The Master Sapper wheel in bottom right is by far the worst, you need 3 nodes to connect there and the total dmg% for the 7 nodes invested will average to 6% per node, which is really bad. I don't even like the Saboteur node near Shadow, especially for a non crit build since you would have to get that INT node to connect there, which would average the dmg% per node to just under 10%.

The 18% resist nodes near Scrion can be dropped and Clear Mind for 16% chaos resist is good to have. Also the Witch area is really good now in general. Blast Radius is nice and the option to connect to Elemental Dominion from there averages to 13% dmg per node for example. Witch also has great hp/mana/es nodes that will make MoM realistic.

Something like this might work, if you really want to keep Clever Construction but I'm not sure how strict the ES requirement from gear will be to run MoM without any Reduced Mana Reserved nodes.

This is my current passive tree, I leveled with Searing Bond and still use it for bosses for IIR and tanking.

I'll be respeccing out of the DoT nodes once I stop soloing and start doing higher maps. I had planned to take Elemental Equilibrium when respeccing since it's only a 5 point investment and it would work great with all the fotm fire builds but I have had ridiculous luck with drops though and going crit is tempting now.
