I always thought the act of fishing as an attack. I never really checked the numbers with the rod equipped.

Man, i really need that +range roll. Catching corrupted fish may be nice, but it doesnt matter when you cant reach the spot.

Im scared about corrupting my legacy 20% IFQ fishing rod, it has the IFQ and double IFR rolls too, on a rhoa feather lure.

I don't think it's actually possible to fish ever since Release (or maybe Open beta?) although you could in closed beta.

You can still find fishing rods, although some indicate that there is a secret to it. Varanice may or may not be one of the fishing illuminati.

I've already maxed out my rods for this account. But me and ARPGfan with some teamwork were able to get a rod in about 3~ hours after the start of one the 1 week races though.

Nope, its 1 per SC/HC league per account. so 2 per acc. I could make a new account and get one in a couple of hours if I really wanted to though.

Sigh, just ripped my 84 trapper in Invasion. Had really nice gear, 5L Carcass Jack, 4,9k hp + MoM, 120+ all res, -3 chaos res.
Surprise Ball Lightning from Judgement Apparatus was pretty op in a tight hallway when I was going downwards.
Oh well, maybe I'll reroll in a day or two. Would like to try Shockwave Totems again but Ambush would be a better place for that.

Fishing isn't possible currently. Drop rates aren't data-mineable as they are server side.
