You can rationalize your expenditures however you wish, but please don't publically discuss or attempt to normalize RMT. thanks. "linear movement skills" in this case mostly means whirling blades or shield charge. They don't get you over gaps or cliffs like leap slam will, but slot in a faster attacks and they are often just much faster ways of moving around than regular movement. | ||

edit: @above, calm down, playing with the thought of doing something certainly is A not against any rules and B not advertising anything. Nor do i feel the need to "rationalize" something, it's not like i'd need "consent" off anyone. Not to mention that i said that i'm actually considering retiring the character rather than rebuilding it. | ||

I was just trying to explain why, as somebody who moderates THIS thread, I ask people not to openly treat RMT as a reasonable option here. I'm sorry if it came across as overbearing. Also I've been on vacation since league start and i'm finally getting to play through 3.0's new content (disregarding harbingers lol). I forgot how much I relied on knowing layouts in the past, I get lost so easily in the new acts -_- | ||

I made a whopping two posts about RMT, and the second posting was because the first one got answered without pointing out that it shouldn't be an option, making me say "leaves the RMT option". Again, stop getting hysteric, point out that something's not okay (without exaggerating) and i'm the last one trying to argue back. Lets leave it at that and not talk about it again then. Sidenote, bought both shield charge and whirling blades, just to figure out that both don't work with a 2h axe, hehe. Need a decently placed hotkey and a second set of weapons, by the looks. edit: reached act 5, getting my arse whooped now. Hmph. I'm wondering, the Labyrinth, is that kind of a daily thing, or is it only for when you reach certain thresholds to ascend? | ||

Layouts of each lab do change every day, but there's no "once a day" bonus or whatever so people usually just run a bunch of uber labs on good layout days. | ||

Here's the most recent showcase of it from the guide/person i used to follow for Scorching Ray/Whispering Ice. Guy is amazing for all the updates he does.(so yeah damn cheap, playstyle might not be for everyone) | ||

Currently mine only has one slot, so there's quite a bit to improve on, escpecially since i only have one item where i can link green with red (for wildstrike/multistrike, no additional supports). Guess i make the effort and dive into that. edit: Nvm, i'm an idiot. edit2: not all sockets need to be linked with each other though, right? most of the layouts have predetermined Exits. like in oriath / ruined square, exits always in same place similar to A3's Battlefront. a few runs and ull get it @quateras - depending on budget, LL RF scorching ray is THE meta HC boss killer. Very tanky and amazing for boss killing. Decent clear because of RF. no reason why it shouldnt be good in SC. much cheaper because shavs cost | ||
