Even at cqmqd9 levels of dex you get like 120 life from them, barely at rare boots with life + str rolls and they have no dex so you wouldn't even use them for that build. Ground status immunity is nice but not enough to be better than atziri's step for this slot, and thats after you have like 700+ dex which nobody sane does.

The interesting part is just how much of the league each stone offers.
For example, the perandus stone guarantees 1 perandus chest. That's all it says on it (before any blue mods), and is a lot less than the map device offers.
Whereas the Anarchy leaguestone guarantees 3 exiles, which is rather a lot more than the actual league really featured and closer to what the map mod offered back when it was available from zana.

The perandus stone does have 3 charges so, technically, you still get 3 chests. Also it doesn't require zana lvl 7 and 4c, which means it can be farmed sooner and cheaper. Having more than that I think would be too much. (can you have 3 of the same type at once?) I am curious what the drop rate will be for them honestly. Also, ZiggyD said some of the league specific uniques were buffed slightly, wondering which would be worth trying to get. Top 3 stones so far: Nemesis, Perandus and...?

Can't wait for 2.6 notes to come out to crush my SSF Glacial Hammer dreams and put me back at "Am I playing this league".
Also, wouldn't stones basically balance themselves out in market value, as you likely won't get enough to run 3 per map 24/7 and you end up running almost all of them anyway, and the trick will simply be to optimize combos (i.e. breach + beyond)?

There will be a new strongbox too. I wonder what will be in that. At this point I think I'd go with Breach+Ambush+Beyond for the fun.

Have you ever actually got anything good from a unique box? I just hope it has some interesting new mechanic though it probably won't

Rarely, most wealth from boxes comes from Arcanists imo. My self found Exalted Orbs often come from them. Oh and Diviner's Boxes are good too. If Cartographers would be back in the highest map tier like in Ambush that would be neat as well.

The AoE changes sound interesting I guess? Probablby won't be able to say anything about that until we get precise numbers.
Vaal discipline nerf was long overdue imo. That stuff was just broken. It's still very good for all CI Builds that don't use Vaal Pact (Essence Drain, Dual Totems).
The Sword changes sound like a step in the right direction. I just don't know whether that will make them better than Foils for say Ele Crit Builds?
Not sure whether the Ele Conversion nerf is necessary. What's even using Call of the Brotherhood beyond Vaal Spark? Pyre I've seen used pretty much only for Kongor's + full fire conversion builds (and that wasn't really OP) + it means hatred won't be as good on full fire conversion phys builds

Pyre was absurdly good for certain things, full conversion vortex is top 5 most op abilities in the game, the single drawback it has is ignite immunity.

Something like this with coc vortex would clear literally anything that isn't ignite immune in seconds, while doing it quicker then just about anything.
Tbh if pyre isn't gutted chucking a cold to fire gem in there will work just as well (take out controlled destruction).
Actually if eye of innocence hasn't been destroyed I'm going to go for it anyway.

anyone get lots of lag spikes with PoE lately? sometimes it's totally fine, other times I can't play for the night. don't know if it's my internet or poe, but dont get same problems with other online games.

Area of Effect Changes All sources of "Increased Radius of Area Skills" have been replaced with an increase to area. This means that rather than the area of the skill increasing geometrically as the player invests in the modifier to area scale, the radius gained per point of the stat will be lower and lower as heavy investment occurs, similar to diminishing returns. Many old radius increases that have been changed to area increases provide a higher numeric value to compensate for this change. The goal of this change is to make investing in the size of your area skills to be less rewarding the more you invest, so players don't feel like they need to gather every single point of area radius to reach their character's full potential.

I found PoE to be more sensitive to your internet being used by other programs or other people in your household. I can play Starcraft 2 without much problems while other people are watching youtube, but PoE starts to become barely playable.

Interesting changes. Without seeing the numbers I don't think that much will change for 2.6.0. Well Vaal Disc. nerf is a thing, but the skill was essentially god mode, so it is kay.
I personally hope the Sunder change/buff is stronk. Really like the skill, but its single target dmg is/was pretty bad. Maybe with the AoE changes Sunder > EQ? =D Really depends on the number though.
With 1h weapons getting an increase to base dmg, maybe I'll try something board & shield, like that lazy paladin build thing. Maybe with Ice Crash if the buff to that is good?
ED prolly still one of the stronkest skills/builds.

Hmm, a big melee splash AoE buff sounds interesting. I wonder if Viper Strike / Heavy Strike / Glacial Hammer could be viable with it considering the kinda big threshold jewel buffs.
