You might die to ele reflect on maps even with 70% chaos conversion though, it gets real spooky for me even with level 18 gems, Mind over Matter, and Elementalist reflect reduction. Only 4.7K life though (still using a Tabula). | ||

One other minor wrinkle is that it's pretty much impossible to push Wither to a "cast twice for the minimal amount of time and proc level 20 Cast while Channeled" level of cast speed since its base cast time is 0.28 and you need to get to 0.18, but cast speed feels gross to get lots of points in for CwC. Flameblast starts with 0.20, making it more manageable on gear alone (in fact, you may need to avoid cast speed on your gear to stay above 0.18). | ||

Yes there is hoop jumping involved but you kill stuff faster than with fire damage and ignite immune are not a problem. Map clearing is a problem it seems, I will try to improve on the build with my character :D (thinking about using 2x Vortex Totems instead of Arctic Breath now for map clearing while switching main skill into this Wither+Firestorm for boss fights) Edit: Alternative is to have two Firestorm totems in addition for map clearing. I might even overkill the map with all the firestorm :D Vortex has advantage of getting my helmet cold bonus to give bonus damage and since first hit is fire because of pyre and chaos as a result, degen is cold as pyre does not convert that and slows down everyone in range for poison to finish them off (and with those gloves Vortex totem should also Temporal chains everyone it hits). | ||

But if there's one thing i can't stand about PoE it's levelling I mean there's also the "die to new content i've never seen before. don't have to level from scratch" etc. I dont' have a ton of experience with ultra-lategame stuff liek shaper, uber, etc so it's nice being able to experiment with stuff like that without it meaning a dead character if I screw up. | ||

I was thinking that faster attacks becomes less efficient as you get more attack speed (since it's an increased mod), but looking into it most of my attack speed bonuses are more multipliers (Frenzy charges and Multistrike), so that makes increased attack speed look better. I've already got 4% leech and perma-fortify from other sources (and Fortify's damage bonus is sadly phys-only ![]() | ||
